People's Republic of China (PRC) citizens, law-abiding, meet one of the following conditions, you can apply to participate in the real estate appraiser qualification examination:

(a) secondary professional education in real estate appraisal related disciplines (including economics, architecture, planning and management, the same below), with more than 8 years of relevant professional work experience, including 5 years of real estate appraisal practice.

(two) to obtain a college degree in real estate appraisal related majors, and to engage in related professional work for more than 6 years, including 4 years in real estate appraisal.

(three) to obtain a bachelor's degree in real estate appraisal related disciplines, and to engage in related professional work for more than 4 years, including 3 years in real estate appraisal.

(four) to obtain a master's degree or a second degree in real estate appraisal related disciplines, graduate from the postgraduate class, and have been engaged in real estate appraisal for 2 years.

(five) to obtain a doctorate in real estate appraisal related disciplines.

The requirements for academic qualifications or degrees in the above registration conditions refer to the formal academic qualifications or degrees recognized by the national education administrative department. The working experience of real estate appraisal refers to the sum of working hours before and after obtaining the required academic qualifications, and the deadline is generally the end of the year when the examination is registered (the specific requirements are subject to local regulations).

According to the Notice of the former Ministry of Personnel on Doing a Good Job for Hong Kong and Macao Residents to Participate in the Qualification Examination for Professional and Technical Personnel held in the Mainland (No.9 [2005] of the Ministry of Personnel) and the Notice of the former Ministry of Personnel and the Taiwan Province Affairs Office of the State Council on Opening the Qualification Examination for Some Professional and Technical Personnel to Residents of Taiwan Province Province (No.78 [2007] of the Ministry of Personnel), According to the relevant requirements of the Notice on Registration Conditions for Residents of Taiwan Province Province to Participate in the National Qualification Examination for Real Estate Appraisers (Guo Ren Ting Fa [2007] 1 16), residents of Hongkong, Macau and Taiwan Province Province who meet the registration conditions must submit their ID cards, corresponding professional qualifications or degree certificates recognized by the education administrative department of the State Council and relevant work experience certificates when registering. Among them, the professional qualification certificates of real estate appraisal, real estate management, land management, architecture, urban planning (or regional and urban planning), real estate management and development of colleges and universities in Taiwan Province Province can be regarded as the professional qualifications of related disciplines in the registration conditions. Taiwan Province residents must also submit "mainland travel permit for taiwan residents" when registering.

According to the spirit of the document "Notice on Printing and Distributing the Interim Provisions on the Qualification System of Real Estate Appraisers and the Implementation Measures for the Qualification Examination of Real Estate Appraisers" (No.Jing Fa [1995] 147), the state began to implement the qualification system of real estate appraisers from 1995, and the examination work began from 195. The Ministry of Construction and the Ministry of Personnel are responsible for the policy formulation, organization and coordination, examination, registration, supervision and management of the qualification system of real estate appraisers nationwide. Those who pass the qualification examination for real estate appraisers shall be awarded the Qualification Certificate for Real Estate Appraisers uniformly printed by the Ministry of Personnel and the Ministry of Construction by the Ministry of Personnel or its authorized department, which will be valid nationwide after registration.

The term "real estate appraiser" as mentioned in these Provisions refers to the person who has passed the national unified examination and obtained the Qualification Certificate of Real Estate Appraiser and engaged in real estate appraisal activities after registration. The state implements the qualification certification and registration system for real estate appraisers. All units engaged in real estate appraisal business must be equipped with a certain number of real estate appraisers. Real estate appraisers must perform business in institutions (hereinafter referred to as real estate price appraisal institutions) that have been examined and evaluated by the real estate administrative departments of the people's governments at or above the county level and have obtained the qualification of real estate price appraisal. The qualification grade and business scope of real estate appraisal institutions shall be formulated separately by the administrative department of construction of the State Council. Entrusted by the real estate price appraisal agency, the real estate appraiser collects fees uniformly. In the process of real estate appraisal, if the economic losses are caused to the parties due to violation of laws and regulations or serious mistakes, the real estate appraisal institution shall be liable for compensation and have the right to recover from the signed real estate appraiser.
