I. Objectives and tasks

The Provincial Department of Education continues to implement the demonstration project of off-the-job training for senior high school teachers, and plans to carry out on-the-job training for 1200 ordinary senior high school teachers for 100 class hours per person, so as to guide all localities to increase the training of senior high school teachers, comprehensively improve the overall quality and level of senior high school teachers, and promote the in-depth implementation of the new curriculum standards for senior high schools.

Second, the training object and selection requirements

Give full play to the backbone training and demonstration leading role of provincial training, focus on the training of trainers and on-the-job training of young and middle-aged backbone teachers in the front line of ordinary high schools, and promote and promote the extensive training of all high school teachers in various places. The demonstration project trains seven disciplines: physics, chemistry, biology, history, sports, music and art. See the annex for the list of training places allocated by disciplines in each city.

Students selected and recommended by all localities should meet the following conditions: they love education, are in good health, and have good ideological and moral quality and professional ethics; With intermediate titles or above, backbone teachers at or above the school level have the ability to lead the professional development of local and local teachers; The age of male teachers is not more than 55, and the age of female teachers is not more than 50.

Three. Contents and methods of training

Focus on strengthening the professional ethics construction of ordinary senior high school teachers, enhance the awareness and ability of teaching according to law, improve the comprehensive quality of education, teaching and scientific research, help teachers grasp and accurately understand the new curriculum standards as a whole, and effectively implement the new curriculum reform in senior high school.

The mixed training mode is adopted to carry out training work, and centralized training (7 days) and online training (50 hours) are combined with school-based training teaching practice, which integrates theoretical study, practical operation and school-based training, effectively ensuring the training quality.

Fourth, the project undertaker

The demonstration project of training all senior high school teachers will continue to be undertaken by Henan Institute of Finance and Economics (formerly Henan Institute of Education). The project undertaker should carefully formulate the implementation plan of the demonstration training project, strictly select and determine the network training platform, strengthen the supervision and management of project implementation, and ensure the efficiency of fund use.

All localities should, in accordance with the management authority of continuing education for primary and secondary school teachers, strengthen the overall management of all high school teachers' training within their jurisdiction, fully implement the training system of all basic education teachers with a five-year cycle of not less than 360 hours, and carry out on-the-job training for ordinary high school teachers in a planned, step-by-step and batch manner. Ordinary high schools should make their own teacher training plans, focusing on the organization, implementation and management of school-based research.
