The welder's certificate is issued by the emergency management department and can be issued everywhere. It used to be called IC card, but now it is called induction card. Same as the ID card. As long as there is a special card reader, you can read the information in the card, but this card reader is only provided to qualified units, such as schools and safety supervision bureaus. No matter where you take this card, as long as you have a card reader, you can read it for annual inspection, and the inquiry method can also be sent to the card issuing department.

Application for certificate of junior welder:

1, 18 years old, under 55 years old.

2, good health, no epilepsy, mental illness, heart disease, sudden fainting, color blindness and other diseases and physical defects that hinder electrician operation.

3. Hold the post operation certificate of this type of work (this condition is only applicable to certain types of work).

Apply for intermediate welder certificate (only one of the following conditions can be met):

1, certificate of the same type of work (only for certain types of work).

2. Have a primary certificate of the same type of work.

Apply for senior welder certificate:

1, certificate of the same type of work (only for certain types of work).

2. Have an intermediate certificate of the same type of work.
