"Managers at all levels are responsible for the HSE work within their business scope": Managers at all levels are directly responsible for the HSE work within their jurisdiction or business scope, and should actively perform the HSE duties within their functional scope, set HSE objectives, provide corresponding resources, improve the HSE system and strengthen its implementation, and continuously improve HSE performance.
5. "Managers at all levels must personally participate in HSE audit": Managers at all levels should set an example, actively participate in on-site inspection, system internal audit and management review, understand the HSE management situation, find and improve the weak links of HSE management in time, and promote the continuous improvement of HSE management.
6. "Employees must participate in post hazard identification and risk control": hazard identification and risk assessment must be carried out before any operation activities. 7. "Hidden dangers of accidents must be rectified in time": all hidden dangers of accidents, including unsafe behaviors of people, should be rectified immediately once they are discovered. If it cannot be rectified at one time, corresponding monitoring measures should be taken in time. The implementation process and effect of rectification measures or monitoring measures should be tracked and verified to ensure the expected effect of rectification or monitoring.
8. "All accidents must be reported, analyzed and handled in time": Improve the mechanism, encourage employees and grass-roots units to report accidents and tap accident resources. 9. "Contractor management should implement unified HSE standards": enterprises should incorporate contractor HSE management into internal HSE management system. The contractor shall, in accordance with the unified requirements of the enterprise HSE management system, strengthen internal management in the aspects of HSE system standard implementation, employee HSE training, personal protective equipment, etc., and continuously improve HSE performance to meet the requirements of the enterprise.
