If the safety production license expires without going through the extension procedures to continue production, it shall be ordered to stop production, go through the extension procedures within a time limit, confiscate the illegal income and impose a certain fine; Failing to go through the extension formalities within the time limit, it shall be handled in accordance with the following provisions:

A coal mining enterprise that has obtained a safety production license shall cancel its safety production license under any of the following circumstances:

(1) Termination of coal production activities;

(two) the safety production license has been revoked according to law;

(3) The safety production license is revoked according to law;

(four) the safety production license expires without applying for extension.

Two, found that coal mining enterprises have one of the following acts, shall be ordered to stop production, confiscate the illegal income, and impose a fine; If the case constitutes a crime, criminal responsibility shall be investigated according to law:

(a) unauthorized production without obtaining a safety production license;

(2) Accepting the transferred safety production license;

(three) the use of safety production license;

(4) using a forged safety production license.
