Summary of Personal Police Practical Training 1 April 1 April1April/February, I participated in the third police practical training, from which I got great training and received a good education. With the patient demonstration of police instructors and the help of comrades, I successfully completed the training task. This training touched my heart greatly. Here, I talk about some training experience and report to the comrades:
First, the police's actual combat skills are necessary for every policeman and must be mastered unconditionally to meet the needs of the new era. Handcuffs, batons, spraying, live-fire shooting and other training courses are closely related to actual combat, with strong pertinence and practicality. The instructor of the police academy carefully designed, patiently demonstrated, skillfully standardized and demonstrated again and again until the students mastered it. Their professionalism left a deep impression on us. It is under the guidance of instructors that I have basically mastered the content of police actual combat teaching, but I know there is still a long way to go from the requirements of ministries and agencies. In the future, I will redouble my efforts to be a qualified people's police in the new period.
Second, informatization is an unavoidable reality for every policeman. Without mastering and skillfully using information technology skills, it is difficult to be competent for future work. Informatization is an effective way to strengthen the police through science and technology. With the limited police force, it is impossible to maximize satisfaction. Mastering and skillfully using information technology skills is an objective test for every policeman. As a policeman, I have little contact with information technology and use it even less. In the future, we should take this training as an opportunity, actively participate in and attach great importance to information work, strive to master information skills as soon as possible, and put wings on our work.
Third, the mastery of laws and regulations reflects the professional quality of the police, and it is also a regular work in the future and even in the long run. As long as you are a policeman for one day, learning laws and regulations as a professional requirement will accompany you. Cherish job opportunities, strive to improve and enrich yourself, and don't leave regrets for yourself. It's not bad to learn more, and you can find the fun of learning.
Through this training, I saw my own shortcomings and felt the gap. Mark it in front, it's far away, and it's not near. One should always have some spirit. As long as you don't relax, slack off, be strict with requirements, work hard and be down-to-earth, step by step, you will reach the standard one day. At that time, no matter how tired you are, your heart is happy and full; You can proudly say, "I tried! I did it! I have a clear conscience! I am a qualified people's policeman! "
Summary of Personal Police Practical Training From July 20th to August 9th, 2002, the leaders of Mongolian Municipal Bureau trusted me, and I participated in the training of instructors in police practical skills in xx related organs. After nearly 30 days of closed high-intensity purgatory training in xx Party School, I deeply felt the importance of modern policing concepts and practical skills to grassroots police, and felt the wisdom of leadership decision-making.
This police practical skills training has given me a new understanding of police practical skills. Before attending this training, I have participated in different forms of police practical skills training for many times. From the heart, the training of police's actual combat skills has not attracted enough attention. On the contrary, I regard this training as an opportunity to rest, adjust and exercise, and don't regard the improvement of police's actual combat skills as a major event. On the one hand, I feel that I already have some practical skills, and I have arrested many suspects with the skills I have learned. On the other hand, I think I work in a grass-roots police station, as long as I master the preliminary skills and understand the general laws and regulations, I don't need to master them too deeply and meticulously. However, after a period of training in the training class, I found that my original actual combat skills were degraded by frequent use and training, and I couldn't remember the basic methods I had mastered, and my movements were deformed and I couldn't use them freely. At this time, there is a sense of fear. I found that not only police skills, but also other professional knowledge, as long as you don't practice and use them regularly, will gradually dilute your knowledge circle and application circle, and will be farther and farther away from you, even away from you, unable to calmly cope with all kinds of complicated situations in your work and unable to effectively protect the people and their own safety.
It is said to be instructor training, but in that short and limited time, it is difficult to master a lot of police theory and practical skills and achieve excellent results. Fortunately, I was born in the police academy, and I had a little "old foundation" during my study in the police academy. The great attention and trust of the leaders of the city bureau and the earnest expectations and hopes of the comrades make me feel invisible pressure, but only when there is pressure will there be motivation, and it is necessary to be hard while the iron is hot! In addition to studying the textbook "Police Practical Skills" issued by the training class, I also found relevant police theory books, such as interrogation, arrest, hostage rescue, vehicle inspection and control, etc. In terms of practical skills, I not only reviewed and consolidated the knowledge I learned during the training in provincial offices, but also watched many CDs of police practical skills. And make lesson plans with other comrades, colleagues, comrades-in-arms and friends who like martial arts. On this basis, write down the concept lesson plans of police actual combat with various police skills, so as to have fluent language and standardized actions in class in the future and learn and communicate with comrades-in-arms to the maximum extent.
As the saying goes, martial arts pays attention to "spirit". In the same way, you should be energetic in training (during the training of Shihezi Party School, an instructor of the training team always stood up straight, which left a deep impression on me and benefited me a lot). In July when the fire broke out, in the hot summer, comrades braved the high temperature to carry out training, which required both vigor and scientific training methods, namely, completing training tasks, rationally allocating time and strictly implementing training style and discipline. At the same time, there should be humanistic ideas in it and it is required to March out every day. During the training, the movements are uniform and the slogan is loud and powerful, so that the participating police always maintain a high-spirited mental state, especially for themselves. It is necessary to combine training with warfare, carefully explain and demonstrate the theory, actual combat, experience and lessons of prevention, control, investigation, arrest and belt to comrades, and make comments before class every day. Training is hard. It is necessary to constantly boost morale, entertain and educate, and let comrades quickly absorb new policing concepts and practical skills in a short time. Through short-term training and future training, the majority of police officers participating in the training can gradually achieve "talking more, catching up and fighting".
Since it is the training of police's actual combat skills, we should fully exercise the anxious will quality from the perspective of actual combat, and we must be able to endure hardships and want to succeed without suffering. I have never heard of examples, and my colleagues also practice perseverance. Perseverance is invincible. The short-term training and teaching work is over, but it has laid a solid foundation for my work style, organizational discipline, policing concept, practical skills and handling cases according to law, and has had a far-reaching impact. Although the intensive training has ended, the actual police combat is far from over. It always exists in our daily work, and we must stick to our posts for a long time to make it standardized, systematic and institutionalized. "industry is good at diligence, lazy at doing things, and success is destroyed by thinking", which should be truly reflected: "what to do, what to practice; What is missing, what to make up. " The spirit of instructions, but also hard work, so as to shape a brand-new image of the people's police.
Summary of Personal Police Practical Training 3 14 From June 20XX to April 28th, I participated in the 33rd police practical skills instructor training course organized by relevant departments. After fifteen days of training and training in Dalian Police Practical Skills Training Base, I was deeply impressed. Generally speaking, I have a deep understanding of this training. The following is my experience in this training: First of all, for me, the teaching environment here is basically impossible to meet in the education and training work in Xinjiang. Advanced indoor shooting range, outdoor shooting range, tactical training hall, fighting training hall, etc. The relevant departments of Dalian police practical skills training base can be said to have everything in the training base, which not only facilitates the organization of training, but also lays a solid foundation for more vivid and concrete teaching. Training in such an environment can better promote students' learning craze and more conveniently explain to students the relevant actions to show police skills, which is the first change in Xinjiang. Only when the hardware facilities are installed can the software be further promoted.
Secondly, the mentor team of this training also left a deep impression on me. From the first time I met my tutor, I felt that the tutor here was different from us, and both teaching and after-school communication revealed professionalism. The teaching of the instructor team is based on reality and applied to actual combat. The purpose of teaching is to teach students, answer the problems that students encounter in actual combat and innovate the teaching mode. These are rare in teaching work in Xinjiang. In order to achieve the goal of all qualified students, we blindly grant the contents of the training program to the students, only asking them to meet the assessment standards, and never think about whether these students will use these skills in actual combat, let alone whether these skills will be used in police actual combat after learning, and whether they will pose a threat to their own safety in police actual combat. These are all things that we ignore. However, the instructors here teach us how to deal with emergencies and how to better protect ourselves in actual police work. On the basis of mastering the contents of the outline, they further taught us how to use these skills in actual combat, how to better protect ourselves and how to better cooperate with each other. And explained in detail the purpose of each action in the application of police practical skills. Take the handcuffs on your back as an example. In the process of explaining again, we only explained and demonstrated the essentials of handcuffing, and never introduced to the students why they should separate their legs, why they should put their toes out, and why they should look to the left. On the contrary, instructors from relevant departments of Dalian Police Practical Skills Training Base explain the essentials of action for us one by one. It also explains that the legs apart destroy the center of gravity, the toes are put out to control the suspect, and the face turns to the left to make the suspect unable to predict the next move of the police, and so on. There are many similar things.
However, these are the places where our Xinjiang instructors should learn from Dalian base instructors. Furthermore, the tutor's teaching attitude. When teaching us, the instructor explained in detail the movements we haven't fully mastered, took the trouble to correct our movements again and again, and demonstrated our skills again and again. Let's experience the action again and again, let's practice it again and again. Under such teaching, students can better grasp the essentials of action, understand the essentials of action and achieve proficiency.
After this lecture, I feel that the fly in the ointment is that these tutors failed to teach according to the situation in Xinjiang, which is the fly in the ointment of this lecture tutor. This is not to say that the instructors are not fully prepared, but that they are fully prepared. It's just that the actual combat teaching draws lessons from some classic cases in Liaoning and nearby provinces, and the Xinjiang case has not been explained too much. However, in the later period, Yan instructor had discussed and communicated in the actual combat communication and case study of Xinjiang instructors. Xinjiang is the northwest border of the motherland, and the law enforcement environment is special. Its high-pressure anti-terrorism situation and severe political situation allow us to be careless. In such an environment, we need to be prepared for war and always protect our safety awareness. Therefore, in actual teaching, our instructors teach students, which requires instructors to explain the situation to students and explain the importance of police actual combat skills. It is very important to cultivate self-safety awareness in the application process. If the instructor does not teach well, it will lead to improper use of the actual police skills of the trainees, leading to avoidable casualties. During our training, we should reflect on the casualties caused by the bachu county attack in Kashgar. Why are there so many casualties? Shouldn't we reflect? But it's no use crying over spilled milk. What we can do is to wish the deceased rest in peace, have a good journey and work harder in the future to avoid similar violent terrorist attacks from happening again. The above is my experience and feeling after attending the 33rd police practical skills instructor training course of relevant departments 15 days training.
