Have the right to command and dispatch quality inspectors and material inspectors from the Technical Quality Assurance Department; Have the right of inspection and supervision, business command and replacement suggestion to the process inspectors and packaging product inspectors in the production department.

3. The production team has the right to order rework, scrap and stop production according to the company's quality management system documents, and has the right to put forward suggestions on quality rewards and punishments.

Responsibilities of quality administrator:

1. Be responsible for the collection, analysis and transmission of quality information, and issue monthly, quarterly and annual reports on time; Monitor the operation of quality system, make statistics every month and report the quality analysis report.

2. Organize and lead quality inspectors to conduct sampling inspection on finished products according to inspection procedures to ensure that the qualified rate of ex-factory products is 100%.

3. Organize and lead the material inspector to inspect the raw and auxiliary materials entering the factory to ensure that the unqualified raw and auxiliary materials are not put into production; According to the inspection procedure, the first article inspection and supervision sampling inspection of process products are carried out to ensure that unqualified products are not mixed into the next working procedure.

4. Inspect and supervise the work of process inspectors and finished product packaging inspectors in the production department, and provide technical guidance, training and evaluation; Supervise and manage the verification of measuring instruments and the inspection of tooling and instruments by the equipment manager of the production department.

5. Ensure accurate inspection data, complete quality records and complete statistics (Panyu Statistics) statements.

6. Complete the work assigned by the department head.

7. Be responsible for compiling the revised draft inspection regulations.
