20 17 in order to adapt to the changes in the economic environment and respond to the spirit of deepening the talent evaluation system and national vocational qualification reform in the State Council, a large number of level evaluation and certification, including financial planners, are no longer directly led by the government, but transferred to markets and industry associations according to international practices. Therefore, Beijing Financial Planners Association, Tianjin Financial Planners Association, Liaoning Financial Planners Association, China Financial Publishing House and other institutions initiated the establishment of the Financial Planners Professional Committee (CHFP) to undertake the important tasks of certification promotion, system promotion and industry development of domestic financial planners. In 2020, the special committee promoted the professional standard system of financial planners in the national occupational classification ceremony, and completed the revision of the sixth edition of the national unified teaching material for financial planners. It still uses the original third-party examination and certification platform for national unified certification, and at the same time, it fills the shortcomings that the national vocational qualifications did not have continuing education in the past. By repeating the sixth edition of the course and learning a series of courses on financial management, it organizes all holders of financial planners (CHFP) to update their knowledge system.
