2. Rationalization of division of labor. Scientifically select, train and promote workers, select suitable workers and arrange them in suitable posts, and train workers to use standard operating methods to make them grow up gradually in their work.
3. Program standardization. Formulate scientific process regulations, standardize tools, machines and materials, and standardize working environment, and fix them in the form of documents.
4. The difference in remuneration. Linking the completion of workers' work tasks with their wages, implementing an incentive piecework wage system, and paying wages to workers who have completed or exceeded the quota at a higher wage rate; Workers who fail to complete the quota have lower wages.
5. Functionalization of management. Management and labor are separated, and managers and workers work closely together to ensure that the work is carried out in accordance with standard design procedures.
