There is noise in the traction machine, which may be caused by the following reasons:

1, improper adjustment of inverter parameters. Incorrect gain, etc.

2. The parameters of the traction machine do not match, so it is suggested to refer to the nameplate of the traction machine, re-check it and adjust it by yourself.

3. Noise type of traction machine. If there is noise when the elevator starts or stops, we can see if there is any problem with the brakes, because the brakes of this type of traction machine need to be corrected after a certain period of time.

4. The noise is unlikely to come from the inside of the traction machine, because the stator and rotor of the traction machine are not rigidly connected.

5. See whether the opening gap is large enough when the traction machine is running and whether the brake shoe is scratched.

6. If the gap is too large, generally between 0.25 and 0.3 mm, it may also cause noise when opening and closing.

7. The hard characteristics of the blue light traction machine are good, so if there is noise similar to current, if the elevator is controlled by frequency converter, it is suggested to learn the current again to obtain better characteristic parameters.
