With good hope and starting from scratch, I joined the dynamic team of xx Natural Gas Pipeline Branch and started a new journey. It is also in such a brand-new beginning that I ushered in the induction training for new employees that lasted for more than two months. The contents of this training mainly include military training, corporate culture introduction, lectures by company leaders, lectures by heads of various departments on relevant rules and regulations and their own experience, lectures by professors, and natural gas pipeline anticorrosion knowledge. Although the whole training time is not long, in the short experience of more than two months, my knowledge has been updated, my team spirit has been improved, my sentiment has been cultivated and I have benefited a lot.
The first is a week-long military training, military training-a life experience: the best opportunity to beat yourself and exercise your will. Military training not only cultivates people's hard-working spirit, but also exercises their strong will. Through military training, I learned how to face setbacks, how to overcome difficulties in my future life, how to smooth the ups and downs, self-control, self-love, self-care, self-improvement, get out of my own sunshine avenue and create my own sky.
I will cherish this military training life as a treasure of life forever and let its spirit run through my life. Followed by the introduction of corporate culture, lectures by company leaders, explanations by department heads on relevant rules and regulations and their own experience, lectures by professors, etc. Through these, I have a deeper understanding of xx Natural Gas Pipeline Branch, and I am extremely proud of being a member of the company. Finally, I conducted a comprehensive training on natural gas transportation knowledge, including basic knowledge of natural gas, HSE management system, SCADA system, natural gas pipeline anti-corrosion technology and so on. These trainings have broadened my knowledge and given me a more comprehensive understanding of my future work and natural gas.

Through this training, I realized that in order to have a good development in my future work, I must do the following:

These two days of training life are full of excitement, emotion and beautiful positive energy for me. I'm probably the least courageous one on the team.
