With the particularity of geological data management in China Petrochemical Company and the rapid development of modern information technology, the post of geological data management in China Petrochemical Company constantly puts forward new requirements for skilled operators. This paper mainly analyzes the new requirements for skilled operators in geological data management posts of China Petrochemical Company. In view of the new requirements, this paper probes into how to train and develop the technical operators of geological data management positions, and make the training and development effectively and timely transform into enterprise achievements.

1 New Requirements for Skilled Operators in Geological Data Management Posts of China Petrochemical Company

1. 1 professional knowledge requirements for geological data management positions

Geological data is an important achievement of oil and gas exploration and development, an important wealth of the country and an intangible asset of the company. The state implements a unified collection and delivery system for geological data, and requires all collection and delivery institutions to establish an information management system for geological data. The leaders of the joint-stock company attach great importance to the informatization construction of geological data, and regard the informatization construction of Sinopec geological data as one of the main responsibilities and tasks of the geological data center. Approved the establishment of "China Petrochemical Geological Data Management Information System Construction" project. The overall goal of this project is to integrate all the information of China Petrochemical's geological data, realize the effective management system of geological data, establish the catalogue database of China Petrochemical's geological data, establish the full-text database of geological data centers at all levels, and make the geological data efficiently serve the oil and gas exploration, development, production, scientific research and decision-making of China Petrochemical through the network service system. At present, the project of "China Petrochemical Geological Data Management System Construction" has entered the promotion stage, and the software functions cover all the work of geological data management, including geological data receiving, recording, borrowing, statistics, submission and submission management. Database management functions include collection catalog database, full-text database and Sinopec geological data catalog database. The construction of software system and data resources will drive the informatization construction of geological data of oilfield enterprises and push the informatization of geological data of China Petrochemical Company to a new height.

But the current situation is that the improvement of oil and gas exploration and development technology is accompanied by the development of information technology, and the application of various large computers is first reflected in the processing and interpretation of seismic data in oil and gas exploration and development. Therefore, the application of information technology in the oil and gas industry will always be at the forefront of information technology development. In contrast, the informatization construction of geological data management is a weak link, which does not match the development of the whole oil and gas industry, which is manifested in the insufficient popularization of geological data management system and imperfect database construction.

The situation of informatization construction of upstream enterprises in China Petrochemical Company is "two lags" and "two deficiencies", that is, the development and utilization of information resources lag behind the network construction, and the application of management and decision-making lags behind the operation level; Information resources lack overall planning and data lack standardization. The informatization construction of geological data is part of the informatization construction of upstream enterprises, and strengthening the informatization construction of geological data is one of the key tasks.

1.2 information technology requirements for geological data management positions

With the development of science and technology, the management of geological data is inseparable from computers. A large number of paper materials, data and graphics need to be input and scanned into the computer, and even physical core data need to be scanned into the microcomputer system. This makes our data managers need to have a high level of computer application.

In China's "Catalogue of Petroleum and Petrochemical Jobs", the requirements for computer operators are those who use computers, special data entry equipment or text information processing equipment to input text information and data entry according to the prescribed format and requirements, or use computers to process words, graphics and images, and operate, maintain and manage computer systems. At present, 75% of the operators in the Information Management Center of East China Branch (hereinafter referred to as the Information Management Center) have participated in and passed the national computer information high-tech examination, and have strong graphic processing, table operation and electronic document management capabilities.

1.3 geological data management post management requirements

Geological data management is a very rigorous work, and perfect rules and regulations are the guarantee of this work. Organized geological data management experts to compile and complete the Filing Requirements for Geological Data of Oil and Gas Exploration and Development, Compilation Rules for Geological Results Report of Oil and Gas Exploration and Development, and Construction and Maintenance System for Geological Data Database of China Petrochemical Company. Among them, Geological Data Archiving Requirements will be the working system of geological data archiving in the national oil and gas geological data management department, and the establishment of this standard will provide a clear basis for the acceptance of geological data archiving and the submission, submission and reception of geological data. The system will play a guiding role in the construction and management of China Petrochemical Geological Database. Therefore, skilled operators in geological data management positions must understand various systems related to geological data management in order to implement them seriously according to the system requirements.

2. Training and development of skilled operators in geological data management positions

On the one hand, through the establishment of vocational skill level certificate system at all levels, skill operators are encouraged to improve their business ability. According to the development of production technology and the change of labor organization form, the vocational skill appraisal guidance centers of PetroChina and Sinopec have adjusted 30 majors and 6 17 positions in petroleum and petrochemical enterprises since 2005, canceled unskilled jobs and increased the positions of technicians and senior technicians. The definition of certain jobs and the scope of job application have been revised. It has become the basis and foundation for labor organization management, vocational skill appraisal and vocational training in enterprises and institutions.

On the one hand, the purpose of training is achieved through a series of on-the-job training methods. Through various activities, such as the skills competition of employees in central enterprises and the petroleum and petrochemical industry competition, the on-the-job training of petrochemical employees has been well promoted, which has played a role of demonstration, guidance and promotion, promoted the trapezoidal development of all kinds of skilled operators and promoted the sustained and effective development of enterprises.

Figure 1 Flowchart of Training and Development

More importantly, enterprises have systematically and scientifically trained and developed skilled operators according to the needs of development.

At present, the training and development process of skilled operators in geological data management positions of Sinopec can be divided into four parts: first, make full preparations before training; Then the implementation of training, there are many tasks to be completed; Then the transformation of training results after the training; Finally, the evaluation and feedback of training (Figure 1).

2. 1 Pre-training preparation stage

2. 1. 1 training demand analysis

The training and development activities of enterprises are not carried out blindly, and only when enterprises have corresponding needs do they need to implement training and development.

According to the statistical survey of petrochemical geological data collection in 2006, 83% of Sinopec geological data managers are over 35 years old. Postgraduate and undergraduate degrees account for 25% of the total number; Associate research librarians (senior engineers) and librarians (engineers) account for 35% of the total number; Archives professionals and geological professionals account for 40% of the total number. The performance is that the overall age is older, there are fewer highly educated people and fewer archives and geological professionals. Although there is no direct statistics on skilled operators, it can be predicted from the above data that skilled operators occupy a considerable proportion in geological data management positions. Only by increasing the training and development of skilled operators in these positions, making them familiar with the laws of geological data and archives work, and mastering and applying relevant professional knowledge, scientific methods and operational skills, can we make up for the unreasonable personnel structure and comprehensively improve the management level of geological data.

2. 1.2 Ensure that the trainees are prepared for training.

It is precisely because the enterprise has problems at present or may have problems in the future that the pressure point of training demand arises. By analyzing these "pressure points", the realistic training needs are refined. Because training is a two-way activity, students are also an important factor affecting the training effect. Therefore, in the training preparation stage, in addition to analyzing the training needs, various measures should be taken to ensure that the trainees are fully prepared for the training. For example, it is helpful for trainees to understand why they want to take part in the training and the benefits it can bring, so as to strengthen their learning motivation. In order to convince trainees that they can learn the contents of the training, that is, to build up full self-confidence of employees, research shows that self-confidence is closely related to trainees' performance in training.

2.2 Implementation of training

In order to ensure the smooth implementation of training activities, it is necessary to make a training plan to guide the specific implementation of training. For geological data management, the training objectives at this stage mainly include: first, the popularization of geological data management system, so that employees can master the skills and abilities necessary to complete their posts through training. Second, conscientiously implement the various systems of geological data management, and make employees have the basic business knowledge necessary to complete their posts through training. Table 1 lists a series of geological data management training with the attention and support of leaders at all levels since the establishment of the information management center in May 2004. Table 1 simply lists the training time (when) and the proportion of skilled operators in the training target (who), which can also explain the importance attached by enterprise leaders to the training of skilled operators.

As can be seen from the table 1, a large proportion of skilled operators are arranged for almost every training. This further illustrates the important position of skilled operators in geological data management.

2.3 Transformation of training results

Generally speaking, the effective transformation of training results requires at least the following basic conditions. First, a good atmosphere. This is an environmental factor in the transformation of training results, and a good external atmosphere is conducive to the transformation of employee training results. The second is the support of superiors. This is the most important factor affecting the transformation of training results. Generally speaking, the higher the support of superiors, the greater the possibility of transformation of results. The support of superiors can be shown in the following aspects: encouraging students to apply what they have learned in their work; Remind trainees to use what they have learned in their work without realizing it; It is necessary to provide opportunities for students to apply what they have learned in their work; Give timely guidance and feedback when students apply the knowledge they have learned in the training.

2.4 Training evaluation and feedback

(1) The standard of training evaluation refers to what aspects of training should be evaluated, which can also be said to be the content of training evaluation. The most representative view in this respect is Kopac's four-level evaluation model, which divides the standards of training evaluation into four levels:

One is the reaction layer. Refers to the trainees' impression of the training and whether they are satisfied with the training. For example, you can ask such a question: "Do you like this training?" "Are you satisfied with the trainer?" .

The second is the learning layer. Refers to the trainees' mastery of the training content, and whether and to what extent their knowledge and skills have been improved after receiving training, which is more on the cognitive level. Most of the more than 200 people who participated in the training in the information management center understood and mastered the rules, regulations and standards of geological data management. In addition, East China Branch, as the trial operation unit of the geological data management system, put forward its own views on the setting of corresponding modules, the unification and coordination of the system information platform and the exploration and development database being implemented by the headquarters during the test and trial operation, and constantly communicated with the differences between the geological data management system and the actual data management process of East China Branch, the problems in the test process and the software developers. This is both a learning process and a working process.

The third is the behavior layer. It refers to the change of trainees' work behavior after receiving training, and it can also be regarded as the application of learning results, whether the previous behavior has been improved at work and whether the training content has been used. Through training, Sinopec has fully started the geological data management system.

The fourth is the result layer. Refers to the improvement of the performance of trainees or enterprises, and whether the performance of employees and enterprises has been improved and improved after training. As a pilot unit of the system, the professional level of data management personnel, especially skilled operators, has been ahead of other units, which has been affirmed by the leaders of the headquarters. The information management center has also become one of the first units in China Petrochemical System to pass the qualification examination of geological data entrusted by the Ministry of Land and Resources. Therefore, through training, the overall business level of the unit has been improved.

(2) The design of training evaluation refers to how to conduct training evaluation, including selecting evaluation methods and designing evaluation methods.

There are many methods of training evaluation, and the appropriate method should be selected according to the evaluation content to ensure the evaluation effect. When evaluating the response layer, questionnaires, interviews and discussions can be used. When evaluating the learning layer, we can adopt the methods of examination, speech, discussion, role-playing and demonstration. The evaluation of behavior layer and result layer is more of an evaluation method.

3 Conclusion

The rapid development of information technology has changed the society, people's lifestyle and the management mode of geological data. Personnel engaged in geological data management need to have comprehensive qualities such as professional quality, technical quality, management quality and service spirit. Not only familiar with the general laws of geological data and archives work, but also able to use relevant professional knowledge and skills to research and develop geological data and create the renewable value of geological data. Therefore, if the comprehensive quality of the team is not high, it will be difficult to be competent or do a good job in geological data management. Time waits for no one, and the environment is pressing.

Skilled operators are playing an increasingly important role in the future development of enterprises, and cultivating and developing skilled operators is an important way to realize the value-added of human resources. With the increasing contribution of human resources to value creation, the value-added of human resources is becoming more and more important to enterprises, so enterprises must attach importance to the training and development of skilled operators.
