According to Article 3 of the Management Regulations on Safety Technical Training and Assessment of Special Operators, the special operations mentioned in these Provisions refer to operations that are prone to accidents and may cause great harm to the safety and health of operators and others, as well as the safety of equipment and facilities. The scope of special operations shall be specified in the catalogue of special operations. This article will introduce the application conditions for special operators.

age limit

Special operations personnel shall be at least 18 years old, and shall not exceed the national statutory retirement age.

health condition

Special operators shall pass the physical examination in communities or medical institutions at or above the county level, and have no diseases and physical defects that prevent them from engaging in corresponding special operations, such as organic heart disease, epilepsy, Meniere's disease, dizziness, hysteria, paralysis, psychosis and dementia.

level of education

Special operations personnel should have a junior high school education or above.

Safety technical knowledge and skills

Special operations personnel shall have the necessary safety technical knowledge and skills.

Other conditions

Special operations personnel shall meet other conditions specified in the corresponding special operations.

Safety technology training and evaluation

Special operations personnel must undergo special safety technical training and pass the examination, and obtain the People's Republic of China (PRC) Special Operations Operation Certificate (hereinafter referred to as the Special Operations Operation Certificate) before taking up their posts.
