Print the Application Form for Taxi Driver Qualification Examination and the Notice of Audit Results after making an appointment. Note that you need to bring these two materials when confirming on site;

3. Confirm the driver's information on the spot and make an appointment for the offline test time;

4. Conduct offline examinations within the specified time;

5. Issue certificates after passing the examination.

Interim Measures for the Administration of Online Booking Taxi Service

Article 14

Drivers engaged in online car service shall meet the following conditions:

(a) to obtain the corresponding motor vehicle driving license and have more than 3 years of driving experience;

(2) It has no record of traffic accident crime, dangerous driving crime, drug abuse and drunk driving, and has no record of 12 in three consecutive scoring cycles recently;

(3) No violent criminal record;

(four) other conditions stipulated by the Municipal People's government. Article 13

The taxi administrative department where the service is located shall, according to the application of the vehicle owner or the network car platform company, issue the "Network Booking Taxi Transport Certificate" to vehicles that meet the requirements and are registered as booking taxis.

If the city people's government has other provisions on the issuance of the "Network Appointment Taxi Transport Certificate" for online car rental, those provisions shall prevail. Article 4

The competent department of transportation in the State Council is responsible for guiding the management of car rental on the national network.

The transportation departments of the people's governments of all provinces and autonomous regions shall, under the leadership of the people's governments at the corresponding levels, be responsible for guiding the management of car rental within their respective administrative areas.

Under the leadership of the people's government at the same level, the transportation departments of municipalities directly under the central government, cities divided into districts, county-level cities or other taxi administrative departments designated by the people's government (hereinafter referred to as taxi administrative departments) are responsible for the specific implementation of network car management.

Other relevant departments shall, according to their statutory duties, carry out relevant supervision and management on the network car.
