There are three different standards for the classification of employee training and development, namely, training object, working relationship and training content.

First, according to the object of training and development, it can be divided into four types, including new employee training, on-the-job training, employee career development and manager development.

Secondly, according to the working relationship between training and development, it can be divided into three categories, including full-time training, part-time training and half-time training.

Thirdly, according to the subject content of training and development, it can be divided into three categories, including knowledge points, skills points and emotional learning.
