Fan Wenyi:
As a kindergarten teacher, I am grateful to be able to shoulder this responsibility. In my career, I have learned a lot about how to educate and take care of children. This industry needs us to have a deep understanding and respect for children's physical and mental development, as well as patience and love.
In the process of getting along with children, I realized their innocence and infinite charm, and I also realized my own shortcomings. However, it is these shortcomings that make me work harder and better understand and support my children's growth. I want to thank my colleagues, who have been my supporters and mentors throughout my career and helped me through many difficult times. I also want to thank my parents for their trust and support. Without their understanding and cooperation, we can't achieve children's progress and success.
Finally, I want to say that I will continue to perform my duties firmly, apply the knowledge and experience I have learned to my work, and provide every child with a safe, happy and full of growth opportunities.
