Article 12 Conditions for exceptional examination

Since assuming the present position, the following conditions must be met under the premise of meeting the evaluation conditions stipulated in Articles 8 and 9 of Chapter III:

3. I have won more than 2 first prizes or second prizes at the provincial (ministerial) level, or more than 2 invention patents (top three) or 1 above at the municipal (office) level (with certificates attached).
