I used to do TOEFL with IELTS teacher, who is a local teacher. I can't hire students who haven't graduated there, but I like to exaggerate the qualifications of teachers.

For example, it is called a master's degree after graduation. It is said that ordinary universities in China are all returned from studying abroad. Can this non-professional teacher teach children well? I used to work in a cram school to teach teachers. Please don't talk to your parents about your grades. But unfortunately, in this third-tier city where I live, except for a few well-known educational brand direct stores, teachers are trained regularly. Many local educational institutions and even some educational brand franchise stores (the gap between direct sales and franchise is very large, which should be easy to understand) are very stupid in training teachers. Take the institution I just left as an example. 4. evaluation? What assessment? The unit where I work, the inspection of education, is the so-called quality class evaluated once a semester. However, this has no practical impact. If the guardian handled it properly, there would be no complaints. The persistence rate is high. Nothing is a problem. Moreover, to be honest, even in the face of parents' open teaching and excellent teaching in counseling institutions, the starting point is good, but it is really a great performance.

One-hour class lasts 40~50 minutes, and I want to perform excellent acting skills. It's really not difficult. How about the daily class? The weekend is only two days. There are 5 or 6 classes for teachers and about 100 students. I don't want to learn more in each class. I always play pranks. The teacher is always tired and doesn't even want to talk. 4. Learning is very hard, and the children in the cram school are excluded, so parents will directly seek tutors. There are many one-on-one cram schools now, but I don't know how teachers guide children. In addition, the state of children at home and outside the cram school is different. It is also easy for parents to know the true level of teachers. Also, parents ask for tutors, and the income teachers have their own. Because there is no need to be crowded in the cram school, the teacher's position is different. If there are many high schools in your city, it is easy to control and cheap to find well-studied normal students to tutor your children.
