Dear Party Organization:

After this period of party class training, I have a profound understanding and experience of the party. I know the nature, program, line, principles and policies of the Party. I have carefully studied the report of party constitution and the 16th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, and listened to the lecturers' understanding and loyalty to the Party. I have a deep feeling and it means a lot to me.

To study and implement the spirit of the 16th National Congress, we must first grasp the theme of the 16th National Congress. That is, hold high the great banner of Deng Xiaoping Theory, fully implement Theory of Three Represents, forge ahead into the future, keep pace with the times, build a well-off society in an all-round way, accelerate socialist modernization, and strive to create a new situation in the cause of Socialism with Chinese characteristics.

Theory of Three Represents Thought is the Soul of the 16th National Congress. It is a historic contribution of the 16th National Congress of the Communist Party of China to establish Theory of Three Represents's guiding position in the whole party and write Theory of Three Represents into party constitution. To study and implement the spirit of the 16th CPC National Congress, we should grasp the central link of studying and implementing Theory of Three Represents. Through study, I have a deeper understanding of Theory of Three Represents's historical position and great significance, and enhanced my consciousness and firmness in further implementing Theory of Three Represents.
