Through repeated drills, Cui Haiyan has provided legal services for a joint venture project between a state-owned enterprise and a foreign company in Zhejiang in recent years, provided legal services for a private enterprise in Zhejiang to purchase the assets of the Slovak factory of a Fortune 500 company, helped a private enterprise in Zhejiang to deal with the administrative lawsuit filed by the national environmental protection department and successfully reached a settlement, thus safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of Chinese enterprises.
After the professional accumulation stage, Cui Haiyan began to form and cultivate a team of foreign lawyers in Zhejiang Jindao Law Firm.
