The content of the human resource manager exam includes basic knowledge and professional skills.

Basic knowledge: labor economics, labor law, modern enterprise management, management psychology and organizational behavior, human resource development and management.

Professional skills: human resource planning, recruitment and distribution, training and development, performance management, salary management and labor relations management.

There are only theoretical knowledge and skill operation in the third and fourth grade examination subjects, and there are comprehensive evaluations in the first and second grades, which are generally thesis defense.
