Policy content:

On the basis of the original key employment groups, college graduates in the year of graduation, unemployed college graduates within two years after leaving school, flexible employees and urban and rural poor laborers will be included in the key employment groups to carry out free vocational skills training.

Subsidy standard

Training institutions shall provide free training for key employment groups, and the training subsidies shall be directly supplemented to the training institutions according to the number of people who have obtained vocational qualification certificates and vocational skill level certificates after the training. Training subsidy standards shall be implemented in accordance with the "Provincial Guiding Opinions on the First Batch of Vocational Training Government Subsidies in Liaoning Province" issued by the Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security and the Department of Finance.

Treatment process

_ application. After completing the training in accordance with the regulations, the training institution shall apply to the employment service department of the county or district within 3 months from the date when the trainees obtain the vocational qualification certificate.

_ audit. The county and district employment service departments shall timely review the application materials.

_ publicity. After passing the examination, it will be publicized to the public for 5 working days after being examined by the Municipal Employment and Talent Service Center.
