Article 1 Safety technical training is an important basic work to realize coal mine safety production, and the safety technical training center is a teaching unit to implement safety training. In order to promote the construction and development of safety technology training center and greatly improve the safety technology quality of coal mine workers, this standard and assessment methods are formulated according to the Provisions on Safety Technology Training for Coal Mine Workers. Article 2 The standards and evaluation methods of coal mine safety technical training centers are applicable to all coal mine safety technical training centers in China. Article 3 Coal Mine Safety Technology Training Center * * * five standard items, full score 100, of which:

(1) infrastructure 25 points;

(2) the organization's teacher equipment 25 points;

(3) 25 points for teaching management;

(4) Training quality10;

(5) Logistics 15. Article 4 Safety technology training centers are divided into three grades, and the evaluation criteria are as follows:

1. The total score of the first-class safety technology training center is above 90 points (including 90 points), and it has the conditions to train high-level coal mine management cadres in terms of teacher level, teaching management, teaching means, accommodation and life service.

2. The total score of the secondary safety technology training center is above 85 points (including 85 points), and it has the conditions for training small and medium-sized coal mine (department) level management cadres in terms of teacher level, teaching management, teaching means, accommodation and life service.

3. The total score of the three-level safety technology training center is above 80 points (including 80 points).

The above three grades are comprehensively evaluated by the Ministry according to the inspection and acceptance results. Fifth safety technology training center standards inspection and acceptance work organized by the Ministry, in accordance with the "coal mine safety technology training center standards inspection and scoring methods" (see annex) unified; I will issue certificates and signs to the safety technology training centers that have reached the first, second and third levels; After grading, our department will organize regular spot checks, and the certification will be revoked for units that do not meet the requirements. Article 6 The interpretation right of this standard and evaluation method belongs to the Ministry of Coal Industry. Article 7 These standards and evaluation methods shall be implemented as of the date of promulgation.
