Mingshui campus. According to official website of Jinan University, cooking and nutrition education is provided by the School of Culture and Tourism of Mingshui Campus of Jinan University. The College of Culture and Tourism was established in July 2009. It consists of the former Institute of History and Culture Industry, the Institute of Cuisine, and the Department of Tourism and Hotel Management. It is the first cultural tourism college in China since the establishment of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism.
