Minced meat, onion, ginger, salt, bean paste and raw egg noodles.
Noodles and jiaozi-Hefei people's favorite.
After the water is boiled, the noodles are cooked for eight minutes (just boiled), and they are taken out to wash and drain;
Take a large basin, pour in the drained noodles and all other seasonings, and mix well;
Take a small bowl and knock in raw eggs;
Dip a little egg liquid with your hand, take a proper amount of noodles and knead them into balls;
Pour a lot of oil into the pot. When it is 90% hot, put the balls in turn along the edge of the pot, and don't turn them over yet;
After about three minutes, gently turn the jiaozi one by one to make it all golden yellow.
Take it out with a colander and serve it on a plate.
