Briefly describe the characteristics of mass training.
First, the combination of training and management

With the goal of improving processing quality and team management, we will vigorously carry out pre-job training for skilled workers and foremen. According to the needs, the public recruits a certain number of apprentices from ordinary middle school graduates every year for three and a half years of "dual-track" education. The so-called "dual track system" means that students are both apprentices of enterprises (not formal workers) and students of schools. During the training period, I will go to ordinary vocational schools to study basic theories such as mathematics, science and chemistry one day a week, and study the professional knowledge and operational skills needed for this position in the training center and training (internship) workshop of the enterprise for the rest of the time. After the study, under the supervision of the semi-official chamber of commerce and industry, a strict national examination will be implemented. Qualified apprentices will receive a training certificate, which will be recognized in Germany. After graduation, students can stay in this enterprise or work in other enterprises.

Volkswagen regards the team as the "team" of the first line of production. Therefore, it is stipulated that every worker who is about to become a foreman must concentrate on full-time study in the training center of the enterprise or the relevant social training point designated by the enterprise before taking up his post, and obtain the qualification of foreman. They must complete 500 hours of training, and after they become foremen, they will spend 100 hours to participate in various new knowledge and technologies for further study. The training content is determined by the talent development department of the enterprise according to different types of work and different positions.

Volkswagen's "dual-track" apprentice education and training and standardized foreman training have created a high-level workforce and ensured product quality.

Second, leadership training is strict.

From the time when college students enter the factory, the successors of leaders at all levels are strictly selected and trained. The leaders and personnel of Volkswagen Company are divided into four levels: board members, first-level managers, second-level managers and department managers, and each level and position has clear working standards and qualifications. Anyone who wants to hold the corresponding post must be strictly selected and assessed according to these standards and conditions through certain procedures. Those who study technology should understand management, and those who study management should understand technology, have more than 5 years of professional work experience, and have the prerequisite of15-1August business department rotation internship; The person who is the department manager must have a university degree, be under 35 years old, and be proficient in German and English.

Third, on-the-job re-education

Take flexible and effective methods to carry out post-employment continuing education. This way of continuing education is flexible and diverse, including training courses, special reports, academic lectures, case studies, going abroad and factory training, and the time is long or short. The training content is completely determined according to the actual needs. Hold special seminars with * * * * on issues; In order to complete a task, you can train several people or even one person.

Leaders at all levels of Volkswagen Company regard caring for and training their subordinates as their duty, and conduct regular talks and inspections on subordinates, and take promotion, transfer or education and training as the basis according to work needs and personal conditions. Subordinate employees also regard participation in education and training as the concern of superiors and the opportunity for future promotion. Therefore, in addition to pre-job training, under normal circumstances, every employee has one or two learning opportunities every year. This kind of training is closely combined with production and work, supplementing new knowledge at any time, mastering new technologies and management methods, so that the quality of employees can always meet the needs of production development and competition, thus ensuring the company to be invincible in the competition.
