The new garden is located at the foot of Mount Tai, and the teaching building is designed according to local conditions. A strong sense of art, antique, and integrated with Taishan style, you can look up at the panoramic view of Taishan to the north. Stepping into the campus from the south gate of Xinyuan, the first thing you see is the red wall teaching building. The west side of the teaching building is an outdoor development area, and the east side is a high-standard rubber playground. The brand-new environment in the park not only reflects the heavy feeling of the red history of the kindergarten, but also has a lively and childlike atmosphere. Compared with the old park, the new park has obvious spatial changes and can accommodate 15 natural classes.

The new kindergarten's teaching building is divided into three floors, each with different colors and classes of different ages. The first floor is a yellow small class, the second floor is a green middle class, and the third floor is a blue big class. Each grade also has a different name. The small class is named "Trickling Class", the middle class is named "Green Class" and the big class is named "Lingyun Class", which respectively symbolize the three elements of Mount Tai: spring water, pine trees and Lingyun.

Second, the activity facilities are rich and colorful, and the indoor and outdoor activity facilities are diverse.

In order to let the children get exercise and growth in the process of playing, the new kindergarten will enrich indoor and outdoor activities as much as possible. The land use planning of the new park basically retains the land boundary of the original children's playground. In order to implement the concept of new curriculum construction in kindergartens, meet the needs of children's outdoor games, release their nature, and make the outdoor environment hidden course more scientific, systematic, beautiful and practical, the kindergartens directly under the municipal government integrate education, childlike innocence and artistry. Kindergartens make full use of existing resources to open up outdoor activity areas such as climbing area, amusement area, planting area and cycling area for children to meet different needs of children such as walking, running, jumping, climbing, balancing, throwing, doodling, role, feeding and planting. In addition, a circular road of about 300 meters will be built at the entrance of the park, and the shuttle bus will run from east to west during peak hours to solve the road traffic congestion problem of parents picking up and dropping off vehicles.

In interior design, the new garden is committed to making every wall "talk" with children, making every area have "treasures" that attract children, and making the corridor a "small classroom" for children. Every corner of indoor rock climbing, "Taishan Style Street" and music corner can become a happy world. The new garden has also prepared a number of functional rooms for children to meet their needs of free creation, scientific inquiry and space creation.

Third, there is a canteen in the new garden, and children's healthy diet is guaranteed.

In order to let children eat delicious, healthy and safe meals, the new kindergarten of the municipal government has built a special canteen, and a professional nutritionist has formulated a balanced diet recipe. After the start of school, the kindergarten will implement the "parent accompanying meal system", and arrange the kindergarten management team and teachers to accompany the meal every day.
