Beef (tenderloin/hind leg) 300g

Salt 1 teaspoon

How to fry beef slices?

Slice beef (don't cut it along the grain, cut it into sections), soak it in salt 15 minutes, remove blood and wash it for later use.

Add 1 teaspoon baking soda to beef.

1 teaspoon white pepper

Sip a teaspoon of soy sauce and grab it evenly (I'm shaking too much, you can add it at will)

1 teaspoon corn lake

2-3 teaspoons of water, grab well.

Finally, pour in a teaspoon of cooking oil and grab well.

Pour oil into the pan, stir-fry the beef when the oil is hot, quickly break it up, and take it out as soon as it changes color. Be careful to fry it too hard, about 30-40 seconds.
