1. Electrical Basis:

Master the general rules of classification and drawing of electrical diagrams, commonly used electrical graphic symbols and electrical engineering codes, the general reading method of electrical diagrams of production machinery, master the basic concepts of circuits: voltage and current calculation methods of series and parallel circuits and the concept of alternating current, understand the content and application of Thevenin's law, understand the knowledge of circuits and magnetic circuits, and understand the knowledge of low-voltage appliances.

2. Electrical materials, electrical instruments and measurement

Master the names, specifications, uses and applications of commonly used conductive materials, commonly used insulating materials and commonly used magnetic materials, the categories, names, brands and usage knowledge of commonly used bearings and greases for motors, the classification, basic structure, working principles and symbols of commonly used electrical indicating instruments, the knowledge of instrument name, specifications, selection, use and maintenance, the correct use methods of electrical instruments and meters and the methods of reducing measurement errors, and the understanding of transistor tester.

3. Electric drag

Master the principles and methods of starting, forward and backward rotation, braking and speed regulation of AC and DC motors, the general application knowledge of digital display and program control devices, the electrical interlocking device of machine tools, the drawing method of complex electrical control circuit diagram of machine tools, the electrical control principle of typical production machinery, the basic concept of automatic control principle, various speed regulation systems, numerical control equipment and automatic lines, and the principles, use and adjustment methods of various elevators.

4. Internship

Make students master the basic operation skills and skills of maintenance electrician, master the installation and adjustment methods of large and medium-sized motors, have the skills of analyzing fault maintenance and compiling maintenance technology, and cultivate students' good habits of safe and civilized production.
