"National Training Plan-Rural Distance Training Project" adopts a mixed learning mode of watching TV courses and playing IP satellite resources, and adopts an online learning mode (it is recommended to select teachers and training sites with an average Internet bandwidth of 5 12K) for training, and the number of online learners in each province (autonomous region or municipality) shall not exceed one third of the number of trainees. Each project county organizes participating teachers to conduct centralized discussions.

Blended learning: The training course will be broadcast regularly on Ku Channel of China Education Television from July 12 to August 12, and it is planned to be released on the project website 10 days before the training. On July 8th, classes will be started through the IP channel, and each project county will be responsible for receiving all the course contents and burning them into CD-ROM for later use. Each project county will set up classes in towns or counties according to disciplines to conduct centralized study and discussion. In principle, the number of students in each class should not exceed 50, and there are/kloc-0 class teachers (tutors) to manage the class and organize teachers' discussions. Students should watch the training course for no less than 24 hours and focus on discussion for no less than 16 hours.

Network online learning: participating teachers register on the project website, download course resources, conduct online exchanges and seminars, and provide expert counseling and answering questions. Provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) selected two distance training experts as provincial center administrators, responsible for the organization and management of online training in the province (autonomous regions and municipalities). Provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) set up online virtual classrooms according to disciplines, and each class selected 1 2 outstanding backbone teachers who are familiar with online training as class teachers (tutors), organized students to concentrate on online learning, and encouraged qualified regions to organize teachers to conduct offline centralized discussions. In terms of class schedule, the time for students to study the training course is not less than 24 hours, and the time for online and offline centralized discussion is not less than 16 hours. Relevant course resources will be published on the project website before July 10.

After the training, the county-level education administrative department will carry out collective lesson preparation, discussion, lectures and evaluation activities in combination with the training content.
