1. Basic requirements:
Under 40 years old, bachelor degree or above in pharmacy major in medical colleges, and have worked in pharmacy department of medical institutions for more than 2 years (after graduating from five-year clinical pharmacy major 1 year). If you are in good health, mentally and physically ill and are not suitable for training, don't sign up. Once found, it will be disqualified.
2. Attendance and leave requirements:
During the training period, except for statutory holidays, * * * has 10 days holiday. If the leave of absence exceeds 10 days under special circumstances, the director of the hospital where the student is located shall issue a written leave report. Students need to ensure enough training time. During the training period, they are not allowed to take maternity leave, take various exams and other trainings beyond the requirements of our base. Once found, his training qualification will be cancelled.
3. Capability requirements
Can communicate fluently in Mandarin and read English documents skillfully. Familiar with literature retrieval tools such as PUBMED, EMBASE, VIP and CNKI.
4. Item requirements
Students are required to complete a core journal article during the training period, regardless of style. Those who have not completed the job training certificate will not be issued.
5. Job requirements
In addition to the training plan, students need to participate in our department inventory, prescription review, antibacterial drug monitoring, adverse reaction report, doctor's advice review, medication education and related clinical pharmaceutical research. It is preferred to be engaged in clinical pharmacy now.
6. Others:
Participating in the training needs to be recommended by the director of pharmacy department of your hospital and approved by the original unit. You need a letter of introduction with a red seal to enter the school.
