Current Situation of Logistics Development in Northwest China Under the guidance of the macro policy of China Municipal Government to vigorously develop modern logistics industry, the northwest region has also issued a logistics development plan. In 2003, xi City, Shaanxi Province formulated the Development Plan of Xi Modern Logistics Industry, and in the same year, Gansu Province also formulated the Opinions on Accelerating the Development of Modern Logistics in our Province, proposing that after about five years of efforts, we should strive to build a logistics infrastructure platform, a logistics information technology platform and a logistics policy platform with relatively perfect functions, cultivate a group of large-scale backbone modern logistics enterprises and cultivate a team of high-quality modern logistics management talents. Form a multi-level, multi-functional, professional, socialized and information-based modern logistics service network system with Lanzhou as the center, covering the whole province and radiating the northwest region, so as to achieve the purpose of smoothness, quickness, punctuality, economy and rationality and customer satisfaction, and strive to build Gansu into a modern logistics center in the northwest region. In addition, Qinghai Province and Ningxia Autonomous Region also attach great importance to the development of logistics industry. They actively implement the structural adjustment of the logistics industry, give full play to the guiding and coordinating role of the government, focus on building a comprehensive logistics distribution center, and intensify the cultivation of modern logistics industry, making it a new economic growth point and effectively promoting the development of the tertiary industry. From the actual operation point of view, in recent years, with the rapid economic growth in northwest China, especially the development of chain commerce, various forms of logistics distribution centers have been developed in northwest China. Most of them have crossed the simple door-to-door delivery stage and basically belong to real logistics distribution, but they are still in the traditional logistics distribution, that is, in the primary stage of logistics distribution, and do not have or basically do not have the characteristics of modern logistics distribution with information, modernization and socialization, so there are various drawbacks and problems that traditional logistics distribution cannot overcome in business. The relevant departments in northwest China have realized these problems and are trying to guide the distribution center to develop in the direction of informationization, modernization and socialization from macro-control. But at present, it is impossible to fully reach the modernization level of logistics distribution centers in developed countries and regions. We can only develop modern logistics distribution centers with northwest characteristics from the perspective of location conditions and enterprise conditions. Moreover, with the increasing popularity of e-commerce, the logistics distribution in northwest China will surely develop towards the modern logistics distribution center. Second, the main problems in the development of logistics distribution centers in Northwest China After nearly 10 years of practical exploration and experience accumulation, in order to meet the requirements of e-commerce development and optimize the logistics industry structure, a number of modern logistics distribution centers integrating business flow, logistics and information flow, including warehousing, distribution and transshipment, distribution and processing, commodity distribution, information transmission, purchase and consignment, and joint services have been built in Northwest China, and the development trend is good. Countermeasures and Suggestions for Accelerating the Development of Logistics Distribution Center in Northwest China Due to the large scale of logistics distribution center construction, involving planning and layout, construction land, capital investment and other issues, the countermeasures and suggestions for accelerating the development of logistics distribution center are as follows: 1, unified planning, grasping points and areas. 2. Therefore, we should attach importance to the training of logistics talents and encourage multi-level and multi-directional logistics education and training. First, recruit college students majoring in logistics to engage in logistics work. Second, we should strengthen internal logistics training and invite experts and scholars with practical logistics experience to hold various logistics lectures to improve the professional level of employees' logistics. Third, carry out vocational education of logistics distribution in an all-round way, and regard vocational education as the most important and economical way to train logistics distribution talents. Fourth, learn from developed countries, strengthen the training of logistics practitioners, and encourage employees to take relevant logistics qualification examinations.
