Enterprise new apprentices and project-based training subsidies are applied by enterprises or training institutions undertaking project-based training, and subsidy funds are directly allocated to enterprises or training institutions.

For vocational skill evaluation institutions that are included in the annual government subsidy training evaluation list management, if they conduct evaluation free of charge and meet the requirements, they can apply for evaluation subsidies, and the evaluation subsidy funds are directly allocated to the bank accounts of evaluation institutions or enterprises, universities and other legal entities.

(2) Application materials

Enterprises or training (evaluation) institutions that apply for training (evaluation) subsidies from local human resources, social security and finance departments shall provide copies of "five types of certificates" (certificate information cannot be provided online, the same below) and advance training.

To apply for the pre-allocation of project-based training subsidy funds, an annual subsidy application form for vocational skills upgrading training, a roster of training start-up personnel, a copy of the training agreement, a tax invoice (or an application form for administrative fees and subsidies) or relevant receipts shall be provided; Apply for the allocation of the remaining subsidy funds, but also need to submit the roster of training graduates and a copy of the "five certificates".
