(1) Workers who have reached the age of eighteen.
Article 1 of party constitution stipulates: "Workers, peasants, soldiers, intellectuals and other revolutionaries in China, who have reached the age of 18, recognize the party's program and articles of association, are willing to participate in party organizations, actively work, implement party resolutions, and pay party dues on time, can apply to join the China Producers' Party." This is not only a condition for applying to join the Party, but also a minimum requirement for being a native of party member. This provision runs through some important principles of proletarian party building theory. Comrades who want to join the Party should not only understand these regulations, but also find out why there are such regulations in party constitution.
"Workers, peasants, soldiers, intellectuals and other revolutionaries in China who have reached the age of 18" has three meanings: first, to join a party organization, one must reach the age of 18. This is emphasized because a person cannot be considered an adult until he is eighteen, and then he can have more definite political judgment to establish his political beliefs and lifelong aspirations. Second, to join the China Producer Party, you must be a citizen with China nationality. People who don't have China nationality can't join the China Producer Party. Third, workers, peasants, soldiers, intellectuals and other revolutionaries must join party organizations. Because as a working-class party whose goal is to eliminate all exploitation and oppression and realize capitalism, exploiters are not allowed to join the party.
(2) recognizing the party's program and articles of association.
Party constitution regards "recognizing the Party's program and articles of association" as a condition for applying to join the Party, because China Party is not a simple combination of individual party member, but a unified whole organized according to the Party's program and articles of association and the principle of democratic centralism, and it is a revolutionary political organization with high ideological and political consistency. The party's program is the highest criterion for unifying the party's thoughts and actions, which includes the party's nature, guiding ideology, ultimate goal, general tasks and basic policies at the current historical stage, and the basic requirements of party building. Party constitution is the highest code of conduct of the Party, and the basic code for dealing with the relationship between individuals and organizations, and between organizations. The nature and function of party constitution and the Party Program determine that it is the foundation of the Party's founding, survival and development. Party member's recognition of party constitution and the Party Program is the premise of organizational consistency. If party member's ideological unity on the party platform party constitution is destroyed, the party will also disintegrate organizationally. Therefore, everyone who applies to join the Party must recognize the party platform party constitution. What needs to be emphasized is that the "recognition" mentioned here is not only verbal support and acceptance, but more importantly, the determination and action to realize the party's program and implement the party's articles of association, and the determination to fight for the cause of * * * for life.
(3) Willing to join the Party organization and actively work in it.
Joining a Party organization means that party member must join a branch, group or specific organization of the Party, and live an organizational life in it, and accept the leadership and supervision of the Party organization. On this issue, Lenin fought fiercely with martov at the second congress of the Russian Social Democratic Labor Party in July 1903. Martov argued that as long as party constitution's party program was recognized, he could become party member, and there was no need to join the party organization. He even suggested that every striker could join the party by "listing". Lenin firmly opposed this view, thinking that party member should not only recognize party constitution and the party program, but also join the party organization. He pointedly pointed out that developing party member according to martov's party member conditions can only blur the boundary between the Party and the class, change the nature of the Party's vanguard of the working class, and turn the Party into an unorganized club. Only by building the party according to the principles put forward by Lenin can it truly become an advanced and organized proletarian force and ensure the unity of the party's ideology and organization. Only in this way can the party become a strong fighting collective, thus shouldering a great historical mission. Comrades who want to join the party should understand the necessity of joining a party organization from such a height. Actively working for the Party means that party member has the obligation to undertake the work assigned by the Party organization and do the work wholeheartedly. The work assigned by the party organization mainly includes the party's mass work and ideological and political work. For example, take part in the leadership work of party organizations at all levels, participate in inner-party education, contact the masses for publicity, and do a good job in the development of party member, various mass organizations and social work. Party organizations should, according to the specific circumstances, assign appropriate work to each party member, and conduct inspection and guidance. Every party member should consciously accept and strive to complete the tasks assigned by the Party organization, and play a vanguard and exemplary role in producing party member.
(4) Willing to implement the Party's resolutions.
The Party's resolution is a matter that all party member must carry out in order to complete the Party's overall goals and tasks and a certain work or thing within a certain period of time after the collective discussion and decision of the general party membership meeting and party member congresses, the Party's representative meetings or the Party's committees. The Party's resolution represents party member's will and must be carried out. If you have different opinions on the party's resolutions, you can keep them, or you can reflect them to the party's higher-level organizations and even the central government, but you must implement them in action, and you can't take whatever you want and obey whatever you say. If every party member can go his own way, the unity and unity of the Party will be undermined and the Party will have no fighting capacity. Therefore, people who apply to join the party are willing to implement the party's resolutions before they can join the party organization. People who don't want to carry out the Party's resolutions can't be party member.
(5) Willing to pay party dues on time.
Why is the willingness to pay party dues on time one of the conditions for applying to join the party? Because party member's timely payment of membership dues not only helped the Party economically, but also showed party member's concern for the Party's cause, which was also a sign to test whether party member had an organized concept. During the hard war years, many party member scrimped and saved. When they got a little pocket money, their first thought was to pay party dues. Some party member also took the only relics around him as the last party dues paid to the party before the sacrifice; It embodies party member's highly organized concept and infinite loyalty to the Party. In a peaceful environment, there are also many party member who voluntarily pay more party dues. On their deathbed, some of them entrusted their relatives to pay their life savings to the party as party dues, while others paid their labor income to the party organization as party dues. Comrades who want to join the Party should fully understand the significance of paying membership dues on schedule. After being approved to prepare for party member, they should consciously pay membership dues on schedule. If party member doesn't pay party dues according to the regulations, it should severely criticize and educate, and even give necessary organization to deal with it. If party member fails to pay the membership dues for six consecutive months without justifiable reasons, he will be deemed to have voluntarily resigned from the Party. A decision will be made at the Party branch meeting and party member will be removed from the Party with the approval of the higher party organization. Comrades who came from party member and asked to join the Party should clearly and correctly understand and make up their minds to do the above contents of Article 1 of party constitution. Because this is the minimum requirement for party member.
