Closed-end training for newly recruited police officers of the Municipal Public Security Bureau started in the special police detachment. On August 15, the 15th (non-public security) training mobilization meeting of the newly recruited people's police in 2020 was held in the special police detachment.

Deputy Director Xia of the Political Department of the Municipal Bureau attended the meeting and made a mobilization speech. The meeting was presided over by Zhou Jianming, head of the Education and Training Section of the Political Department. Jiang, the detachment leader of the special police detachment, Zhan Zhihui, the deputy detachment leader, the training instructor and the newly recruited police officers attended the meeting.
