Quzhou technical secondary school is located in the northern suburb of Quzhou City, Zhejiang Province. It is a comprehensive general secondary school organized by Quzhou Municipal Government. Founded in 1987, the campus investment is 250 million yuan, covering an area of 430 mu, with a building area of134,000 square meters. At present, there are 6733 students and 300 faculty members. The school has been rated as the first batch of national key secondary vocational schools, the national advanced collective of education system, the national advanced unit of vocational education, the national advanced unit of rural youth employment training, the national moral education demonstration base school of secondary vocational education, and the Zhejiang advanced manufacturing talent training demonstration base. It was named as "Demonstration Base for Rural Labor Transfer Training" and "Spark School for Farmers' Science and Technology Training" by the State Council Poverty Alleviation Office and Ministry of Science and Technology respectively, and was named as the 2008 Beijing Olympic Education Demonstration School in June 2006.
