Training for unemployed people's reemployment ability refers to
Job-transfer training Job-transfer training refers to the training of on-the-job personnel who have transferred jobs within an enterprise, so that they can acquire the professional skills necessary for new jobs.

Vocational skills training includes:

(1) Pre-employment training refers to the training of unemployed people's employability;

(2) On-the-job training for technical jobs (including apprenticeship training) refers to training personnel engaged in technical jobs to master the necessary skills for technical jobs;

(3) Post training for special operations refers to the training for personnel engaged in special operations to acquire the necessary skills for special operations;

(4) On-the-job training refers to regular training for on-the-job personnel to update their knowledge or improve their skills;

(5) Job-changing training refers to the training for unemployed people to acquire new employability.

Workers must attend the following training:

First-time job seekers must attend pre-employment training or receive vocational school education;

(two) skilled workers must participate in technical jobs induction training;

(three) special operations personnel must attend special operations training.

Other vocational skills training shall be arranged by the employer and relevant competent departments according to actual needs. Encourage workers to participate in vocational skills training, or learn skills by self-study to improve vocational skills.
