What is a tribal leader like?
Each tribe has its own leader, called the chief. Some chiefs are elected by tribal members. Some other chiefs inherited their father's business. Chiefs are responsible for making important decisions of their own tribe and communicating with other chiefs. If there is a dispute between two tribes, then the two chiefs need to consult each other. The chief has the responsibility to ensure the safety of his people and that every member of the tribe can be taken good care of. The chief is respected for his leadership, courage and love.
