Part one: Training experience of business speech.

After a day of business speech training, I benefited a lot. Teacher Wen's training for us is very professional, and my biggest gain is that through training, I have solved three problems:

First, the etiquette of the speech; Before the leader asked to speak on stage, I went straight to the point.

Taiwan, the leaders and employees who never looked around, began to read the manuscript. These problems have been basically solved through the training of Mr. Wen.

Second, three fears of speech;

A, fear of heights: I am nervous and incoherent when there are high-level leaders below. Teacher Wen taught us how to solve the nervousness of senior leaders.

B, fear of life: I will be afraid of strangers below. Teacher Wen teaches us methods and skills, using "spoken language", "body language" and "written language", as long as we do two things, 1, we must be proactive, and 2, we must persevere.

C, fear: I panic when there are more people listening to the speech. The theme of the speech is not obvious enough to get to the point. The speech was disorganized, illogical, unconvincing and unable to impress the audience. Teacher Wen asked us to master several principles: 1, the principle of contextual fit,

2. The principle of identity, 3. The audience-based principle, 4. Emphasize the principle of giving priority to, 5. Clear expression principle.

Third, the skills of speech; At this time, Mr. Wen gave us his unique trick, that is, dividing the Speech-One Yang Finger into four parts, 1, address, 2, prologue and 3, subject. 4. Finally, thank you; At the same time, let everyone take turns on stage to simulate the speech and correct the problem on the spot.

In a word, through this training, the speech has improved enterprises and individuals five times, 1, and improved personal image and corporate image; 2. Improve the economic benefits of enterprises and promote their development; 3. Improve work efficiency and mobilize employees' emotions; 4. Enhancing enterprise cohesion can motivate people; 5. Help to promote and form a good corporate culture;

Chapter two: Overview of speech skills.

1. Powerful materials to support it.

There are three basic types of arguments: examples, statistics and quotations from others. For impromptu speeches, it is difficult to find suitable statistics on the spot. Therefore, quoting others' words and using examples to prove them are the two most common ways in impromptu speech. So what kind of examples should we choose to demonstrate? When making an impromptu speech at the competition site, the most practical and easy thing to do is to explain your point of view with examples from yourself or around you, and you can speak freely and confidently without racking your brains. Doing so invisibly strengthens its credibility and makes it easier to impress the audience. For example, Krishna Kumari, a South University student who won the second place in the 8th National English Speech Contest of "2 1 Century" in 2003, said this in an impromptu speech.

"If I really have a chance to choose my life again, I think I will choose the time settings of1late 1970s and1early 1980s. It was the time when the China government began to implement the policy of reform and opening up. The place I will choose is in

The west of China. Why? Let me share my reasons with you.

When I first saw this, er, heard this topic, I think it reminded me of an experience a few years ago. I still remember clearly, well, at that time, some classmates and I went to a very poor village to visit a primary school, where we were tutors. There, all the classrooms are in a very old building, and many windows and doors are broken, so when it rains, all the children have to move to a corner to avoid getting wet. In the classroom, five or six children share a table that is usually shared by two people, and many tables and chairs are broken.

After we began to teach them English, we soon found that many of these students are very diligent and willing to study hard. But later, when we talked to each other, we knew that many of them could not finish their studies simply because of poverty. I think this experience has made us realize that we belong to a few people who are lucky enough to receive a college education. "

This speech is an expression of her true feelings, which is easy to express, confident and easy to communicate with the audience.

When choosing to use arguments, especially in competitions, we should pay special attention to the following two principles.

(1) The auxiliary materials of the speech should be relevant.

The supporting materials you choose should serve your central point of view or theme, and you can't deviate from this point or digress. I remember when a student took part in the competition, he drew an impromptu speech entitled "What is the main impact of China's accession to the World Trade Organization on our country?" In her speech, she told a long story. A young man was picking up shells at the seaside, met an old man and talked with him. This story accounts for two-thirds of the whole speech, and it seems far-fetched to connect this story with the topic she painted. Although her story was fluent, the audience still didn't know what her answer to this question was after the whole impromptu speech. Obviously, the speaker prepared several stories for impromptu speech before the competition. Indeed, we should be fully prepared before the game, and prepare data, examples, words from authoritative experts, etc. Only by doing sufficient research in all fields can we be comfortable in the competition. But remember, the auxiliary materials you choose must be related to the theme, serve the theme, help the audience understand your point of view more deeply, and never grandstanding. An impromptu speech that is irrelevant will never get high marks.

(2) The auxiliary materials of the speech should be close to the audience.

The auxiliary materials of the speech should be familiar and close to the audience, which is not only beneficial for the audience to understand, accept and absorb your information, but also easy to produce buzz. As a tutor, the author has participated in many national English speech competitions, and found a very strange phenomenon in the competition. Many students are often willing to use foreign examples or words of foreign celebrities to support their arguments when giving examples or quoting others' words. Students may be a little worried. "If you use home-grown examples, foreign judges may not understand and understand the background, which will affect their evaluation of the whole speech." However, in a competition, a speech expert from the United States said in a comment, "Don't worry that we don't understand, don't understand. The problem is that as a person,

Foreigners, what we want to hear here is the people, events, ideas and culture of your country, not the celebrities of our country, such as Lincoln and Clinton, what they said and did. "He hit the nail on the head, the speaker said to close the distance with your audience, talk about what happened in the local area and what kind of influence it had on the audience, and explain your point of view with local culture and concepts, so it is easier to have a sense of * * * in the audience. But that doesn't mean you can't use foreign examples or opinions. Choose all-round arguments and choose the right materials to serve your point of view.

Hu Yi of Fudan University gave an impromptu speech (Should the law be fixed or flexible? It is said that in),

"Well, actually, this morning was very unexpected. When we were imprisoned in the preparation room, we had a heated debate on legal issues. Now I want to share with you some of my thoughts about whether we should adopt flexible laws or fixed laws.

Well, first of all, I admit that there are some unfair situations in our society. For example, there was a famous case king last year, which caused great social controversy. As a matter of fact, Wang is a migrant worker, and he has repeatedly asked his boss for wages without success. Obviously, the boss treated him badly. When he was ill, he didn't send him to the hospital, didn't give him good food, and asked him to do extra work without extra money. In a rage, Wang killed several more people, several responsible persons,

Out of great anger. That case caused great controversy in society. Actually, when I read this story, I did express some sympathy for that guy, because I thought it was the boss's fault first. It was he who didn't pay him the reward he deserved. So I sympathize with him. "

She told a story that once caused a sensation in China. The audience under the stage may or may not have heard of this story, but it happened near the audience, so it was easy for the audience to understand the information the speaker wanted to convey.

In a one-minute impromptu speech, you may have very limited time to illustrate your point with concrete examples. In this minute, you may only give the framework of the main points, so if you really want to impress the audience, I'm afraid it depends on the theme and point of view.

2. Good themes and ideas

Some specific principles should be followed when choosing a topic or angle in the early interview, such as: the topic and angle must be personally felt by you; Be creative and interest the audience; Should be specific; Should be true and meaningful; The selected viewpoint or angle must stand scrutiny and ponder, and it is comprehensive. In addition to these basic principles, when dealing with impromptu speeches during the competition, two points should be particularly emphasized: relevance and rigor.

(1) Get to the point

Straight to the point is the most important thing. Generally speaking, the questions players get are in the form of questions. You need to show your position and viewpoint on this issue, and you must not be vague, vacillating, standing in the middle, and have both advantages and disadvantages. If you insist on this, then the judges and the audience will think that you are avoiding, and your views are unclear and your attitude is unclear. This is also a fact.

Chapter three: Overview of speech contest and guidance of speech skills.

Today, our school held a speech contest with the theme of "passing on the positive energy of youth and making us grow up healthily". After careful selection and hard training by all the students, the competition ended successfully with touching and applause. I listened carefully to the students' speeches, and generally felt that the speeches were in line with the theme, healthy and progressive, and the speech language was loud and clear. Everyone showed their abilities and played an excellent level. Speech is a language art, and its main form is "speaking", supplemented by performance. Speaking first, acting second. For a speaker, a written manuscript is not necessarily good, just as a composer is not necessarily a singer. People who are literate and good at writing speeches may not be eloquent or beautiful. A real speaker should be good at not only writing, but also speaking, that is, he should be literate and eloquent. As the saying goes, "Rome was not built in a day". To make a wonderful speech, on the one hand, we should pay attention to daily exercise and study, on the other hand, we should also master certain speech skills:

1.

Speech is a good opportunity to practice Mandarin. Special attention should be paid to "clear pronunciation and mellow voice", accurate sentence segmentation and cadence of the whole speech. Don't mumble in a low voice like a monk chanting, don't be aggressive like a machine gun, and don't be at the same speed from beginning to end. The audience will sleep. Speak quickly and slowly, with a relaxed tone. Generally speaking, the rising tone conveys passionate emotions, such as excitement, anger, condemnation and doubt; Descending tone expresses gloomy emotions, such as regret, sadness, disappointment and depression.

2: Expression

Expression here refers to facial expression, that is, the coordinated action of eyes, eyebrows, mouth and head, which should be completely subordinate to the needs of speech. The facial expressions in the speech, whether good or bad, will leave a deep impression on the audience. No matter how wonderful the content of the speech is, if the expression always feels insecure, always timid and ruthless, the speech will easily become unconvincing. The first way to control facial expressions is "don't bow your head." Once a person "hangs his head", it will give people a kind of "frustration", and the speaker's eyes should be able to "close" all the audience. He should not stare at the ground, nor at the corner of the audience, but should always smile and go straight ahead naturally until he comes to the last row of audience. In addition, his eyes should also take care of the audience on both sides of the audience to strengthen the emotional communication between the speaker and the audience.

3. Standing posture

The speaker should pose a "relaxed posture" to facilitate his speech. One trick is to open your feet shoulder-width apart, keep your heels together and keep your whole body stable. Don't separate your feet, it will look vulgar and loose. Another trick is to find ways to disperse and reduce the tension exerted on the body. For example, put your hands in front of you naturally, or touch the table, or hold a microphone.

4: Gestures

Gesture is the most commonly used and biggest action in speech. You can wave it in all directions according to the content needs. Gestures can be one hand, two hands, palms up, palms down, inward and outward, and fists. There are no mechanical rules. Pay attention to three points when using gestures: don't stretch your arms too straight to avoid stiffness; Fingers should not be bent to avoid clumsiness; The use of gestures should be consistent with the sentences it matches, so as not to split.

As the saying goes, "if a worker wants to do a good job, he must sharpen his tools first." As long as the students are fully prepared, exercise seriously and persevere, I believe everyone will achieve better results in the future speech contest.
