Unconsciously, my three-month study career in the news center passed quickly. As "quasi-journalists", the leaders and journalists of the news center gave great guidance and help. Journalists' efforts, enthusiasm and persistent attitude towards journalism deeply infected me, and their persistence in journalism is what I want to learn. The first sentence I heard when I first arrived at the news center was: Listen more, see more and feel more. At that time, I understood it very simply. After three months of training, I know that this seemingly simple sentence covers a lot of things. Through the communication with you and my continuous study and summary, I found that I have a certain understanding of both writing skills and openness of thought. In my study, I think that to do a good job in propaganda work, we must have: First, the spirit of hard work and dedication. First of all, as a grass-roots correspondent, you should have the spirit of being willing and dedicated. Because the grass-roots correspondents are busy with the work of the unit during the day and have no time to write, they usually use the rest time at noon and night to write. Originally, it would take a lot of time and energy to do a good job, but also to capture the news clues of the reporting unit in time and race against time to write the manuscript. Without dedication and hard work, the propaganda work of this unit can't be high and good. Second, pay attention to the accumulation of knowledge, broaden your horizons, and achieve "four diligence" to study hard and accumulate more: if you want to do a good job in publicity, you must always maintain a diligent and studious style. Learn more excellent articles in newspapers and periodicals to see how the author expresses the theme and how to write. Stick to it for a long time and you will get something. We should also read more books. Only by studying more and thinking more can we continuously broaden the horizons of news propaganda and improve the theoretical level. At the same time, we should grasp the development ideas, objectives, situation and tasks of our unit in time, and do a good job in propaganda work of our unit in combination with these. Diligent in interview and thinking: Diligent in interview is a basic skill that a news propagandist should have, and good at thinking is also an indispensable and important quality. News pays attention to "seven-point choice, three-point writing", and the interview decides to write, and the same writing will also be counterproductive to the interview. After the interview, you should be good at thinking, analyze the interview materials, exercise your thinking ability, work harder and practice more: practice is like plowing, sowing spring and harvesting autumn, and harvesting mature fruits. Correspondents should give full play to the advantages of being close to the grassroots, always pay attention to the things around them, be a conscientious person everywhere, look around, listen in all directions and dig deep, and they will feel that there are inexhaustible news materials in their routine work. Only by writing more and practicing more can we constantly improve our writing level. Use your head hard and move more: to write news information, you must go deep into your work practice and interview before you can start writing. As a news propagandist, we should collect white flowers extensively like hardworking bees and grasp all aspects as much as possible. It is necessary to develop the habit of observing the situation and analyzing problems anytime and anywhere, and constantly accumulate materials. Only in this way can good clues come to you, and many new things in life are inexhaustible sources of news gathering and writing. Think more, think more, watch more news and TV programs, read more newspapers, think more, be good at running, know more about the work tasks and goals of the unit, and know more about the work, life and study of the employees around you. As a beginner of news propaganda, if you want to master a knowledge, there is a process from easy to difficult, from outside to inside, from simple to complex. Just like climbing a mountain, only by climbing step by step without fear of difficulties can we reach the top. At the beginning of writing a manuscript, you don't need to write a long story, starting with the "tofu block", because most of the "tofu block" is about one thing and a report, all about the real people around you and what you have seen and heard. Some of them are personal experiences and direct participation. As long as you have a certain writing skills, you can write it. As long as the time, place, people, events and contents are clearly explained and written concisely. News reports should be "new, fast and accurate". First, the content should be new: we should grasp the new things, new problems and new experiences that appear in the unit, so that the manuscript can be easily adopted. Second, we must write new words: news can't always be old-fashioned and old-fashioned. The same thing should be written in different ways. Third, the title should be new: the title is the banner of the article, and the banner should be clear and eye-catching. Three. Learning experience When I first arrived at the news center, the reporter from Zhang Guangming, who was in charge of taking me, found me some books related to news. Firstly, it explains theoretically how to learn news writing, the basic methods and requirements of news writing, and the angle of choosing news, and gives personal guidance. In view of the nature of my work at the grassroots level, I write more news and newsletters. From how to grasp the source of news to the specific aspects of writing, how to use news language and how to grasp the perspective of news. I personally explained it repeatedly. During my study, I went to Wenmi Oil Production Plant, Shenquan Service Station and Hongnan 1# for on-site interviews. Before the interview, Zhang Guangming told me how to interview, what to prepare, what questions to ask, how to sort out after coming back, and from what angle to explain carefully. After I came back, I wrote my own manuscript according to the interview process, and let him read it after each writing. He always gives me patient corrections and explains the problems in writing and from which angle it is better to write. After each manuscript is written, I will find that I have many problems after his explanation, such as: I am highly dependent in interviews, often silent, and rarely take the initiative to ask questions; Incomplete understanding of the content to be interviewed; Incomplete records, etc. The main reason for these problems is that we don't know the nature of the work of each unit of the oilfield company, and we don't know where to ask and which are the key points. As a result, I can't write a manuscript about oilfield specialty, and even if I did, I found that the manuscript has nothing to do with what needs to be reported. There are many meetings and interviews during the study period. Because the content of the meeting is more specific, it is easier to master when writing a manuscript. As long as you carefully understand the content of the meeting, you can basically explain it clearly in writing according to the five elements of news. But there are also some problems: I don't know the main leaders attending the meeting, and my responsibilities are unclear. The significance of the meeting was not explained in detail, and the writing form and scope were small, so it was impossible to write from the height of oilfield companies and headquarters, and it was impossible to report in depth through the surface of the problem. Besides Zhang Guangming, I am led by Teacher Chen Tiejun. In the first-line report of the first year of the 11th Five-Year Plan, Mr. Chen led me to interview the material supply department, special vehicle company, hilly oil production plant, Turpan oil production plant and engineering technology center of the oilfield company. According to the spirit of the "Three Meetings" of the headquarters, we learned how each unit can strengthen the construction of grass-roots teams, and interviewed activities such as "Basic Year of Safety and Environmental Protection" and "Three Major Improvements". In the interview, learn from personal problems, carefully record the interview in Mr. Chen's rigorous and orderly questions, and understand the nature and outstanding characteristics of the work of the unit. After I came back, I finished the report of Turpan Oil Production Plant under the guidance of Teacher Chen. After Mr. Chen finished writing the manuscript, he explained the problem in writing and made some revisions. I also benefited a lot. In order to do a good job of in-depth reporting in this unit, we must have a thorough and comprehensive understanding of the nature of our work. After many interviews led by the teacher, the individual conducted three separate interviews, and completed the interview tasks of the labor model, the headquarters equipment management training class and the "Fifth Five-Year Plan" lecture of the Oilfield Company. During my study, besides writing other manuscripts, I wrote more manuscripts for kindergartens. Because I am familiar with the nature of my work, writing is relatively easy, so during my study, I wrote 17 articles, including 5 articles in newspapers and 1 articles on TV. Third, personal feelings As the saying goes, "The master leads the door and teaches himself." The company offered me an opportunity. I have to make progress by myself. In my future work, I will continue to study the party's line, principles and policies to improve my political sensitivity and news sensitivity.
