Training teachers: In terms of training teachers' qualifications, training teachers of junior real estate surveyors and intermediate real estate surveyors requires professional qualification certificates of senior real estate surveyors or above, or professional and technical post qualifications of intermediate or above (including intermediate) in related majors; Teachers who train senior real estate surveyors are required to have the professional qualification certificate of real estate survey technician 1 year or above, or the professional technical post qualification of intermediate (including intermediate) or above in related majors; Teachers who train real estate survey technicians are required to have the professional qualification certificate of real estate survey technicians for more than 3 years, or the qualifications for senior professional and technical positions in related majors.
