Under the leadership of Mr. Luo, the group owner, read the "concept that normal students should have" in Tao Xingzhi's Collection of Education. In the book "Education is a cause to meet children's needs", it is written like this: educators are designed to educate students, and everything is student-centered. Therefore, all students run schools and invite teachers. How can there be a school without students? Without schools, how can there be teachers? But how can teachers and students be unsympathetic? What does empathy mean? That is, taking students' fun as fun; Treat students' worries as troubles; The sorrow of students is my sorrow; The distress of students is also my distress. After reading this, I can't help but think of what President Liu Xiaoyan of our school said at the general meeting of all teachers, "We should do education with temperature". At first glance, some people may not understand. Isn't school education about learning knowledge, learning culture and grasping achievements? Shouldn't parents give children temperature education in family education? On the contrary, although our school is a primary school in the town, it can be located in the urban-rural fringe. In addition, there are few students in Shengyuan town in recent years, most of whom are rural children. Most of these children are left-behind children with single parents and poor families. Although they study hard, they are either withdrawn, irritable, lack of self-confidence and immature. To this end, President Liu organized teachers from all over the school to visit these children's homes to understand their living conditions and try their best to solve some difficulties in their lives, but our strength is limited. In order to let more children grow up healthily and happily under the aura of love, at the beginning of 20021,President Liu came up with the idea of establishing "Hongzhi Class". With the grand plan of "sending the party to be grateful and fighting for the future", Hongzhi Class, in the five months from March to July, 2002/kloc-0, jointly appealed to organizations at all levels in society.

Under the influence of President Liu Xiaoyan's "Education with Temperature", every teacher in our school not only teaches children scientific and cultural knowledge, but also cares about every student, and teaches children to pass on love in their own way while feeling and cherishing love, and strive to be the best themselves. I understand that this kind of "school education with temperature" is not only to practice Mr. Tao Xingzhi's "taking students' joy as fun; Treat students' worries as troubles; The sorrow of students is my sorrow; The distress of students is also my distress.
