Xiao Jinfan Orchestra and 10 1 are creating a relationship. Beijing Jinfan Middle School Symphony Orchestra is an amateur art group of middle school students led by Beijing Education Commission. It is undertaken by Haidian Education Commission and Beijing 10 1 Middle School, with Professor Huang Feili, Dean of the Central Conservatory of Music and a senior music educator, as artistic director and conductor.
