First, in the first half of the year, the safety hazards existing in the work were rectified.

Joint relevant departments and government departments, hidden dangers have been rectified;
(3) The meter box and its grounding corrosion were replaced.
(4) Intensify publicity, increase the number of inspections, and increase warning signs in important areas to prevent the power supply network from being damaged by external forces.
(5) Supervise the electrical equipment involved in demolition to prevent the safety of users and equipment.
(6) Safety management of the construction site, highlighting the dynamic management of risks, earnestly implementing risk prevention measures, actively organizing regular drills for emergency treatment of key parts, improving the company's overall emergency treatment ability for all kinds of emergencies, strengthening the supervision of safety supervisors, and appointing special personnel to monitor key parts. Each construction site shall appoint special personnel to strengthen inspection, deal with hidden dangers in time, take safety precautions before construction, strictly control management, and ensure safety in production while grasping economic benefits.
(7) Strengthen the supervision of safety technology, labor protection, equipment and facilities, and the inspection rate of safety tools, electrical tools and lifting tools will reach 100%. Resolutely scrap unqualified tools, equipment and facilities, strengthen spot checks at any time, and prohibit the use of unqualified tools and equipment. In view of the company's overdue use of various construction equipment and facilities and vehicles, such as electric welding machines, cranes, four-wheeled tractors, etc. We will carry out strict and meticulous maintenance in strict accordance with the requirements of safety assessment and resolutely refuse to use unqualified ones. The qualified rate of safety training in the whole hospital reached 100%. Resolutely put an end to unqualified personnel entering the work site and the source of the accident. For those who fail the safety test, comprehensively improve the overall quality of the staff in the hospital, and wear labor protection articles according to regulations to ensure personal safety during construction.
In short, we will further revise and improve various safety production rules and regulations, fully implement the responsibility system for safety production, clarify post responsibilities, standards and procedures, and at the same time refine the assessment rules of various posts and departments, and conduct strict assessment to truly manage enterprises according to law and science.
Second, in the future safety management, we must be strict, detailed and practical, pay attention to management, pay attention to rewards and punishments, implement heavy rewards and punishments in labor discipline, implement effective reward and punishment mechanisms, stimulate employees' work enthusiasm, formulate detailed safety work plans and training plans, and implement 25 countermeasures and other preventive measures to ensure the orderly progress of annual safety work.
The third is to further strengthen the safety management of teams and groups, standardize the management of operations and facilities, take the implementation of "safety evaluation standards" as an important part of safety work, focus on cracking down on "three violations" and focus on improving employees' awareness of working according to procedures, standards and safety precautions. 2. The equipment in the station area is not operating normally;
3. The power grid is not strong enough, and some lines are old, which has a certain impact on the safe use of electricity by customers.
