Our * * primary school is a part of the education system in * * town, and has been committed to the development of * * education, especially through the process of entrance examination for double high schools, to further establish and improve various rules and regulations. Teachers' teaching concepts have changed, classroom teaching methods have changed to some extent, and teaching efficiency and quality have gradually improved. In a word, over the past year, we have paid a lot and gained a lot, and successfully passed the acceptance of the provincial Pujiu. Achievements can only represent the past. While seeing the achievements, we must find out our own shortcomings. From a series of activities such as monitoring, inspection and lectures, we found that there are still many problems in our education and teaching:

First, there is a lack of "reality" in education and teaching management.

Although our school has strengthened management in its work and various rules and regulations are sound, it failed in the specific implementation process, and some work was planned and arranged without inspection and record. As the central work of the school, classroom teaching is not well grasped.

Second, insufficient attention has been paid to the construction of teachers.

Building a qualified and stable team of teachers is the fundamental guarantee to improve the quality of education and teaching. As far as the current situation is concerned, our teachers have different educational levels and basic qualities, and there is a gap between their personal teaching ability and work attitude. Third, the development of classroom teaching reform is unbalanced.

In the classroom, teachers know nothing about students' learning confusion and learning effect, and fundamentally lose the role of teachers' own organization, leadership and guidance, which makes classroom teaching move from one extreme to the other.
