Measures for the Administration of Qualification of Geological Disaster Control Engineering Supervision Units Chapter IV Supervision and Administration
Twenty-first land and resources management departments at or above the county level shall be responsible for the supervision and inspection of geological disaster control projects within their respective administrative areas. The units under inspection shall cooperate and truthfully provide relevant information. Twenty-second geological disaster control engineering supervision qualification units, should establish a supervision business manual, truthfully record their work performance and the main problems. Twenty-third geological disaster control engineering supervision qualification units shall establish strict technical achievements and qualification seal management system. The category and grade number of the qualification certificate shall be indicated on the relevant supervision technical documents of the geological disaster control project. Twenty-fourth technical leaders or other technical personnel of qualified units shall regularly participate in the supervision business training of geological disaster control projects. Twenty-fifth units with geological disaster control engineering supervision qualification shall, within 10 days after the signing of the supervision contract, file with the county-level land and resources management department where the project is located. If the supervision project crosses administrative regions, it shall be filed with the administrative department of land and resources at the next higher level.
