Tongxiang Youth Palace was founded in March 1986 and was originally located in Yangjiamen. Moved into the new palace in August 2004 and officially put into use in May 2005. The new palace is located at No.456 Zhenxing East Road (Area C of the Municipal Science and Technology Exhibition Center), with a construction area of over 3,000 square meters and 27 faculty members.

The Youth Palace has complete training facilities. Internal subjects: calligraphy, children's painting, sketch, piano, electronic organ, violin, guzheng, speed reading and shorthand, efficient memory, thinking writing, Hongbo English, computer, chess, bridge, dance, bodybuilding, table tennis, martial arts, taekwondo, etc.

Since the establishment of the Palace, under the leadership of the Youth League Committee, we have made continuous innovations and achieved certain results in accordance with the requirements of "laying a foundation, re-cultivating, making dedication and building an image", centering on the theme of "serving and developing" and taking "building a new generation of fresh air and educating a new generation" as the purpose. We often organize trained young people to participate in various competitions, and have won many national, provincial and municipal awards and won superior leaders.

In recent years, the Youth Palace has given full play to the three functions of "training, activities and guidance" to meet the demand and optimize the service.
