In China, UAV training can be divided into two categories. One is ASFC of China Sports Association, which is suitable for micro drones. The main users are aerial photography, sports competitions and other personnel. The other is China Aviation Association, which is suitable for large and medium-sized UAVs. The main users are large plant protection drones, surveying and mapping machines, etc. These two associations will have training points all over the country.

There are two main directions for UAV training: one is UAV application technology engineer, and this training direction is mainly the theoretical course of UAV AOPA certified driver application technology plant protection, aerial photography and maintenance. The second is the flight control engineer of UAV.
