I. Training objectives

Taking improving the classroom teaching skills of primary and secondary school teachers as the main line and taking "classroom" and "classroom research" as the themes, we will implement task-driven online course learning to help teachers master the core skills and methods of "classroom" and "classroom research" and strive to build an efficient classroom.

Taking this training as an opportunity, we will guide the teachers participating in various disciplines of the school to try teaching and research activities in the form of network, help the participating teachers to gradually become familiar with the normalized network-based research methods, actively carry out cross-regional online collaborative research among teachers, create a * * * body for teachers' learning, and promote teachers' professional development.

Second, the training form, content and hours

This year's training for all teachers has three contents, totaling 80 standard hours.

1, network distance training, 40 standard class hours.

Teachers conduct remote training through the network platform of China Teacher Training Network.

Aiming at the practical teaching problems faced by subject teachers, this training takes subject courses as the starting point, integrates professional concept discussion, professional knowledge learning and professional skill training, and implements task-driven online course learning and research.

The training content is set to three modules, ***40 class hours. During the training period, a centralized face-to-face teaching activity of "experts around me" will be held (see Annex 2 for the training implementation plan).

2. Teachers' reading activities account for 10 standard class hours.

In order to guide principals and teachers to better study, understand and implement the spirit of Teachers' Professional Standards (Kindergarten, Primary School and Middle School) promulgated by the Ministry of Education on 20 12, and promote the professional development and growth of every teacher, the designated bibliography of teachers' reading activities in Deyang on 20 14 is:

Each teacher is required to write a reading note (not less than 2000 words).

The Municipal Education Bureau will also carry out activities such as expert report meeting, experience exchange meeting and reading experience evaluation around this year's reading theme.

3, school-based training, 30 standard hours.

Counties (cities, districts) organize school-based training in accordance with the Implementation Opinions of Deyang Education Bureau on School-based Training in Primary and Secondary Schools and Kindergartens in our city (Dejiao [2012] No.54).

Third, class registration

Online distance training hours are uniformly registered by Deyang Teachers' Continuing Education Center; Teachers' reading activities and school-based training classes are centrally registered by county (city, district) teacher training institutions.

Fourth, training objectives.

Teachers in all senior high schools, vocational schools, junior high schools, primary schools and kindergartens in the city.

Verb (short for verb) timing

The preparation time for this training is: March 14, 2015-April 2. Training time is 201April1May-July 15. 20 14 Before April 2, the teacher training centers (teacher training schools) in all districts and counties will report the training list to Deyang Teachers' Continuing Education and Training Center according to the Sample Table (see Annex 1 for the sample table), and before April 5, Deyang Teachers' Continuing Education and Training Center will report the summary list to China Teachers' Training Network. From April 2 nd to April 8 th, China Teacher Training Network conducted centralized training for administrators at all levels of distance training, and administrators at all levels logged in to familiarize themselves with the platform operation according to their mobile phone numbers; From April 9 th, students will log in according to their ID number, phone number or email account to warm up; The opening ceremony was held on April 15; April16-June 3; Online exam from May 20th to May 23rd, and online exam at the end of June10-June 13; June 14 -26, make-up time; On June 29th, the assessment began; The training ended on July 15.
