The Secretary-General's qualification certificate needs to be recommended by the enterprise, and the board of directors can only take the exam after uploading it on the designated registration website. Companies that can be recommended to take the exam are A-share listed companies and A-share listed companies (listed applications have been submitted or counseling and filing in the CSRC).

At present, the Secretary-General's qualification certificate is divided into three types, namely, the main board qualification certificate of Shanghai Stock Exchange, the Secretary-General's qualification certificate of Science and Technology Innovation Board Stock Exchange and the Secretary-General's qualification certificate of Shenzhen Stock Exchange. According to the recommended company's board or the board to be listed, choose to apply for the corresponding secretary-general qualification certificate.

Among them, those who are recommended to take the exam by the listed companies on the Shanghai Stock Exchange need to log in to the E-service of the Shanghai Stock Exchange through EKey to register. After receiving the recommendation letter from the board of directors, the rest can log on to the designated website to predict their names.

Conditions for applying for secretary qualification certificate

1. The information filled in by the students in the database must be true, accurate and complete (if the registration information is not true, the Exchange will cancel the qualification certificate of the secretary of the board of directors of listed companies of Shenzhen Stock Exchange according to Article 20 of the Measures for the Administration of Securities Practitioners' Qualifications, and publish the above-mentioned disqualification list according to Article 21).

2. The training target is the current or proposed secretary of the board of directors of key listed companies, and each company is limited to 65,438+0 people (key listed companies refer to companies whose financial indicators have met the conditions for issuance and listing).

3. The company must complete the shareholding system reform 1 month before the specific training date.

4. The secretary of the board of directors and securities affairs representatives of listed companies audited by the audit committee of China Securities Regulatory Commission shall participate in the qualification training for the secretary of the board of directors of listed companies organized by all relevant departments of our institute, and shall not be included in the training system for the secretary of the board of directors of listed companies.
